We arrived as a walk-in and had to wait for a whole hour just to be seated. Finally we were able to get seated it took another hour just to get our drinks and hookah. Me and my group were starving, after waiting for 2 hours we were told that they weren’t selling food anymore. This is unacceptable to come to whole restaurant and be told that you can’t order food. As a business you should be able to know how busy you get and be able to accommodate. To the owner of this restaurant please adjust and do better.

I was unable to try the food. We had reservations for 2 pm and there were three lines to the door when we walked in. As we were waiting, numerous people were walking straight in while others were waiting. Once our party finally got to the front, we were told them we had reservations at 2. She looked at the clock and another person informed us we had to put our name on a waitlist. Several workers started to come together and figure things out. They informed us they would clean a table off and pointed to the table they would clean. We were told to step back until this was done, even though the lines were still to the door. We were told we would receive a text message when it was ready. We waited outside for and spoke to security who informed us they could get us in for a fee. We said no and waited 15 minutes before going back inside. The table they were cleaning now had another party sitting there. We spoke to the man at the front who said he same outside to look for us, but this was not true as we were in the front talking to security. The ladies informed us to write down our information again because they could not read the number, even though we had reservations in the system. They finally sat us in a corner upstairs and we were informed there was a time limit on the tables. I set my timer and sat there for 9 minutes and 46 seconds. No one came to take our order and finally decide to leave. I know Sunday Funday in Houston is a vibe and busy. If I have a reservation, it should be honored. I should not have to pay a fee and the workers should not allow their all their friends in before people with reservations.

We visited yesterday for Galentine’s Day and had an amazing experience! Parking was convenient and affordable, which made everything even better. The aesthetics were beautiful, the food was delicious, the DJ set the perfect vibe, and our waiter provided top-tier service. Everything was on point from start to finish I’ll definitely be back!

I never leave bad reviews but next time advise your customers of policies/ requirements during the process of the reservation. Once we got there a young lady stated she is the new manager and rules will be enforced. I understand that but that’s something that should be discussed with staff so they will give correct information, also check the temp of the food before bringing it to the table.

Went for brunch on a Sunday. Love the decor!! Very pretty with flowers everywhere, plenty of photo ops for sure. The music was good and there was a nice outdoor area. There was a slight hiccup bc, despite having a reservation that was made well in advance, we were initially given 2 seating options (both that were not regular dining tables and were out in the open where there was a lot of foot traffic). Ultimately after some discussion we were able to sit at a regular booth and were happy. Great deal on mimosa carafe (with several flavors to choose from). Other cocktails were pricey ($40 for a sidecar for example). The food was good, but nothing special. Also only sinlge-use plastic utensils (not a big deal but a bit tacky and mismatched to the vibe, there was steak on the menu which i could not imagine eating with plastic utensils). Our server was attentive and checked on us frequently. We were a little surprised when we were told we had 5 mins before our 90 min time max was reached (but maybe we should have read online more carefully to know about the time limit). Overall good experience.
