Honestly, I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. I travel for work extensively and over the last ~3 years, this has been my go-to place for breakfast at IAH Terminal C. Not once have I had any issues. Obviously this isn't a 5-star hotel or one with a Michelin star! But the food is good for an airport restaurant, service is quick, ordering/receipts through the app/email works flawlessly, price is reasonable/acceptable, and the staff are very friendly,...

If you are expecting to get waited on, this is not for you. Nice people to assist you, though. The pepperoni pizza was good. A little garlic and salt to the pizza dough won’t hurt. Pizza is all about the dough. I like that it wasn’t too much dough and able to fold the pizza slice. Nicely baked. Nice ambiance. Specially if you’re working. The workers get you what you ordered and leave you alone. Again, not a bad thing when working while you’re flight gets here.

I had the best experience! Liz went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy. I definitely did not expect such warm hospitality in an airport restaurant, but Liz made my experience truly memorable. will be coming back because of Liz for sure ❤️
