I’ve seen Franks for a while as I drive to my ofc on occasion for mtgs. So today I thought it was time to give them a try. Just what I was hoping from a place called “Frank’s Grill”. A big grill behind the counter and the snell of hamburgers. Mmm. Mmm. I’ve been on a patty melt kick lately so that what I got w/ onion rings. After a few minutes, food was served. Pic doesn’t do the melt justice. Big thick patty. Melted American cheese and grilled onions. So good. The onion rings were hot n crispy. Great meal. I took half home for the wife. She was happy too. Next time I’ll try their breakfast. Later.

For weeks we've been talking about going to FRANK'S IT'S ONE OF OUR BREAKFAST PLACES WE USE TO LOVE. I'VE BROUGHT FAMILY & FRIENDS HERE. TODAY WE WHERE MOVING SO WE ORDER PANCAKES AND CHICKEN, SIDE ORDER OF CHICKEN, 2 ORDERS OF THE ALL MEAT BURRITOS ......SAUSAGE AND BACON & POTATOE & EGG W/ ONIONS. I HAVE ORDERED THIS MANY TIME'S OVER 3 YEAR'S. WE GET HOME BEGIN TO EAT NOT BACON AT ALL NO SAUSAGE AT ALL JUST POTATOES AND EGG. I THOUGHT IT WAS FURTHER DOWN IN THE BURRITO. MY PARTNER OPENED IT UP NO MEAT AT ALL IN EITHER ONE. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. MAYBE BECAUSE WE WHERE AFRICAN AMERICAN. NOT SURE BUT I'M NOT GOING BACK. 55.60 FOR MEATLESS BURRITOS. VERY SAD WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AND TIP WELL. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Westheimer location was not good to me ! They are rude, disrespectful, and don’t even try to understand or hear you out. I’ve seen them be rude to me and many of people around me ! I do not recommend if you want to be treated with respect! Food constantly have to be taken back because of cooks sending cold and old food to a table smh! I was not treated right or fair!
