I call in an order every so often, but today I did some math on what I paid and double checked the receipt. Turns out they've added an 8% service fee if you get take out.
Really guys? You've increased the price of your burgers 50% in just the past couple of years, now you're scraping another dollar off the top because I don't have the time to sit down and eat in your lobby?

This place serves your standard diner fare. The food was pretty basic. Decent food, but nothing to complain about, and nothing to write home about either. I ordered the pork chop country breakfast. The pork chops were small, but seasoned and cooked well. My meal also came with hashbrowns, eggs, and biscuits, which were all a bit bland, but not bad with some salt and added condiments.
The atmosphere was that of an old diner. It felt a bit cramped, but not too bad. You could tell that furniture and decor had seen better days, but it was all adequate enough for a quick meal.
The highlight was service. The staff was super friendly, and our server was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. It seemed like our server was the only one on duty, and she handled the dining room with friendliness, efficiency, and grace.
I recommend this place for a basic meal in an older diner atmosphere. Prices were fair, and service was friendly.

Frank’s is that down home diner that you want. Friendly staff, good food and great prices! The eggs were cooked perfect and the chicken fried steak was very good. It’s a thin pounded steak with a crispy crust. The grits were bland but made well and easy to spice up

Haven't been here in bit. I frequebt both locations . Ordered the same thing I always did. Chicken fried steak and eggs plate with a waffle in the side. First bite I took I noticed , the chicken fried steak was no longer made on site. It was frozen . I know times are hard . I know sacrifice has to be made. Quality dose not. Let me know when yall go back to what you originally did. It was mediocre.
