The food is fantastic, but the delivery process could use an update. Even though my home is within the delivery boundaries, I’ve been denied service, which has been both frustrating and confusing.

This pizza place is awesome 🍕 and it’s not pizza only , the hamburgers are delicious I got the bacon cheese burger basket 🍔 I highly recommend Frank’s pizza 10-10

We were told good things about this place. We are staying at the Hampton Inn in Houston and we don’t want to go out in the rain so we ordered in. We were told 45 minutes and we would meet the delivery guy in the lobby to get our food. We headed down to the lobby for five minutes after we ordered. And we waited another hour and a half after that. It took over two hours before our order was actually delivered. Apparently they only have one delivery guy and he is on a bike. His response to me was.” I have five orders to deliver and I only get paid five bucks an hour so I’m not going to rush.” we gave him a tip anyway, but our food was soggy and cold when we got it. So I can’t tell you if the food was good or not because we threw away half of it and the part we did eat wasn’t that great because it was soggy and cold

I had a slice of mushroom but it wasn't the normal kind. They were out of that pizza so they took a slice of cheese and added mushrooms to it. It was delicious and I appreciate them doing that!

Whenever I have business in the downtown area, the first thing in my mind is to head to this place. It's always nice having a quick pizza to grab for the go. Yeah, parking is not the easiest here, but it's worth coming here.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Spinach was burnt/gross. Garlic bread was burnt to a crisp. Mozzarella sticks were…hell I don’t know how they could be so bad (the burnt garlic bread was preferable). So bad that me & the boys say “well at least it wasn’t Frank’s Pizza.”
