Freebirds World Burrito

I think this place prides itself on its It’s-My-World service, as the staff are especially helpful in explaining the difference between getting a texted and emailed coupon code that is (annoyingly) exclusive to online orders versus having the app that has in-person and online authority. The employees are super cool and make the most out of a mildly confusing member system whose texted deals are usually straightforward. I’m pretty gassed by the time I take the cheat day to go through this ordering shiz and they had the patience to show a dumb zapped millennial the way to understand membership in the same way we taught Granny to use America Online so that we could play Half Life 2 on her busted ass computer. Thanks, dudes.

This location is starting to slip. Ordered a Freebird and got a half-bird size. Was told it was because I didn’t get anything in it, but I got everything I always get. I had a second burrito that was a half-bird in the same order, and they were both the same size. Really, the only reason I go here rather than Chipotle is because they used to know how to fold a burrito. They’re starting to get inconsistent with this though. Sometimes I’ve got ingredients all over the outside of my burrito and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes it comes out bigger and sometimes smaller. $16 for a burrito plus tip when they can’t get it right.

I love how they always have deals. The serving size on the meat is a little skimpy tho. The online ordering is very reliable.

I went to Freebirds for lunch and picked up an extra burrito for dinner. I did have a buy One get one free coupon. All of the ingredients were fresh! The Store was clean and there was ample parking. The Staff was friendly! I will go back and visit again.

Let’s just say here… they don’t shake the spoon like the other Chipotle. They are fast and super nice they don’t hold back on the proportions and they are always delicious.
