Great place, the food is AMAZING and the service is nice, they make your food fast and it always comes out delicious! Their prices are fair, the employees are always so sweet and quick.

Employees are great, but I'm assuming this is franchised or something? Because they are so skimpy. I usually go to the one on Shepard and 59, and have been for years. It's my families favorite spot to grab texmex. However, this location is awful with portioning. They make the bowls and burritos all rice, hardly any meat or toppings. I was very disappointed when I ordered online to save some time last week. I thought it was because the girl was new, and training. However, I ordered off of DD to receive the same thing. I ordered a salad, and it was a bowl without any lettuce, and plum full of rice. No grilled veggies(veggie bowl), and hardly any salsa. My sons burrito was again, the same. No meat, all rice.
It isn't Freebirds, it's literally just the particular location. Perhaps the DM should check in, because they're going to give the entire restaurant a bad name.

This is the BEST Freebirds in the City! Gabby the mgr and her team take great care of each and every customer. When there is a problem, THIS TEAM rights the wrong. Professional, kind, and always give great service!

Of all the Freebirds I've gone to, and I've gone to many, this one isn't the same vibe. Yeah the food is good, but the service is just, get your stuff and get out of here. Location of Sheppard gives much more friendly service, so will bypassing this one, given it plenty of chances, and just going the Sheppard instead.

I've been in Houston for work for about six weeks. This was my third visit to Freebirds. I don't want to overstate things, but this place is amazing. Best burritos in Texas. I don't have to try any other place. It would be a waste of time. Go. Here. Now.

They refuse to pick up the phone Edit: They don't have a phone of any kind at this location there is no way to contact them at all, I was trying to cancel a scheduled to-go order for abt 2 or 3 hours and I keep getting the voicemail, even on their customer service/feedback number. I loved freebirds but now I'm just pissed off.
