Chicken & french fries were great. Greens were HORRIBLE. They were dry, no flavor at all. My husband had red beans they were HIGHLY seasoned, borderline of OVERLY SALTY. Roll wasn't fresh. However the jalapeño was juicy & my dr pepper was good. Their service was great. Just not used to dry greens, ever at Frenchys.

Frenchys Chicken was great the food was fresh,piping hot and the pieces of chicken were not lil thighs and legs. And the service was also prompt and very friendly. When I'm in South Houston that's where I'm going to get fast food

I could not come to my home town without going to Frenchey's. The dirty rice was still as I remembered it, but the chicken was not. It was good, but not as flavorful. The roll was dry and the jalapenos were soggy. I will try going to the original location before I head back to FL.
We ordered lunch from there today the chicken was old they sent us water instead of the drinks we order and when I tried calling to let them know I asked to speak with the manager the person who answered the phone just started talking crazy with an attitude when I was trying to tell her what the issue was we will never order from there again 😡

I ORDERED SOME JALAPEÑOS AND HE PLACED THEM ON TOP OF MY FOOD INSTEAD OF IN MY BAG. I HAD TO ASK FOR A BAG AND AS I STARTED BAGGING MY FOOD, THE JALAPEÑOS FELL ON THE FLOOR. I PLACED THEM ON THE COUNTER AND TOLD THE CASHIER THEY FELL ON THE FLOOR. THE CASHIER SAYS “JUST SAY YOU NEED SOME MORE, DON’T DO THAT” AS IF I’M GOING TO EAT THEM OFF THE FLOOR. I’M ASSUMING THE LADY IN THE KITCHEN WAS THE MANAGER AFTER ADDRESSING HIM, BUT SHE NEVER MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME OR APPROACHED ME REGARDING THE MATTER. I TOOK MY FOOD AND LEFT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED BOTHERED ME. GOD PLACED IT ON MY HEART TO CALL THE MANAGER TELL HER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY TELL THE YOUNF MAN I HOPE HIS DAY GETS BETTER. SHE TALKED UNPROFESSIONAL NOISE, CLOSED THE DOOR, AND WENT BACK INSIDE. THE OWNER WILL BE INFORMED! THE ENTIRE CREW NEEDS TO BE REPLACED STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT! ALL THE SUGAR IN THE KOOLAID SO THATS’S WHY EVERYONE BITTER!
Food is always good! Cashier was nice but prices had changed and there was no notice. The signs posted all over were wrong representation of prices. The beans were too water and I got another side but the price was not adjusted. Restaurant was clean as it could get because it’s old, I don’t feel comfortable eating there
