The interior of the store, tables, chairs and floors are extremely dirty
If you order via Uber, I would strongly suggest you do not if you want your items.
The fish and chicken are excellent, but this store serves majority Black people, and the respect they have for those in their own community is awfully poor!
So because of that, I would not support this store. Demand respect

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! The chicken 🔥 and the customer service is on point. The staff is always working hard .. they don’t play what the sign says is what it is no substitute!! Come eat from the original Frencheys location and feel that Houston vibe of that some good ass chicken ..

This is a trash place to pickup a door dash from. They dont answer drive thru box and got bums blocking the drive thru. Door dash drivers save yourself a headache and decline! 9pm

If you order more than chicken, They'll mess it up. They forgot rolls I purchased and management wanted me to drive over 20 min back to the establishment with the chicken to get a refund. Management and attention to orders is on a downward fall. The sides lack effort and seasoning my last few visits. WHOLE PLACE GOING DOWNHILL. Enjoy the Rolls as a tip.

Knockoff of a Houston staple spelled slightly differently. Tiny shrimp, jammed my 40 dollars worth of chicken into a tiny box so it was all soggy by the time I got it. I meant to order the real frenchys on Scott and got this. Beware I just went ahead and took the loss and threw it all away
