I will keep my receipt and bring it to the restaurant for an explanation as to why I could not order 5 wings without a side and a drink. First of all, it too 30 minutes to get the food which was cold and I do not drink beverage other than decaffeinated tea which is not available at your restaurant. Very poor service especially when people who could get out of the line left. This is simply unexceptable. This place on Scott need to a class on drive through and limit orders to only 2.

This particular Frenchys was in a very sketchy area. Had 1 homeless run up to the car. However the staff member who took our order was very patient. First time there so we took a while, and we had 3 separate orders.

We ordered lunch from there today the chicken was old they sent us water instead of the drinks we order and when I tried calling to let them know I asked to speak with the manager the person who answered the phone just started talking crazy with an attitude when I was trying to tell her what the issue was we will never order from there again 😡
