Jenny S the cashier was ultimately rude. Not friendly.maube ahe should not work with the public. Customer service skills of a rock. Her personality takes away from the establishment goal.

Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house. I haven't been for a while because the service is slow but I went today, silly me. The service was quicker and the young man that took my order was polite. But the food quality sucked. The chicken tasted old, the red beans and rice had no flavor ( I wanted dirty rice but they were out) and was extra soupy.They forgot my fries and when I went back they gave me two hand fulls for a 12 piece family meal. Make it make sense. Fast food is supposed to be a convenient but satisfying. THIS WAS NOT!
If anyone can point to a better location in Northwest Houston, please do.

After ordering an spending $30 on food I made it home only to realize the large side of rice I ordered was only a scoop of rice. Why charge me a large order price but only give me a small order portion. It may have been all the rice left but say that an do the right thing by your customers, so many other places to eat at. Check your sides before you leave is the best thing I can say.
The lady with the accent is rude very unwelcomeing she need to be im the kitchen away from people with the customer service skills she has.

I Traveled to Houston area, I never tried this restaurant and wanted to support it and I used Uber Eats. NOW my 4 PIECE TURNED INTO A 3 PIECE! When called they were rude a Spanish male didn’t understand what I was saying. Black woman gets on the phone was rude and hung up! When I called back phone went to voicemail. LASTLY THERE WAS A DEAD BABY ROACH ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX!
40 dollars worth of food went into the TRASH

BEWARE!! This is a no longer a real Frenchy's! I went by there cople days ago and the ordered the wings and fries. I was very disappointed with the chicken. It was undercooked and pinkish inside. The fries were soggy. I will no be returning

When I went to frenchy's it was New Year Eve and I just needed to grab something quick to eat. Unfortunately they were completely out of chicken wings and the only thing they had were frozen chicken wings. The guy was so awesome though that he offered to you know give me a side for free or drink for free because he didn't have what it was that I wanted. I will definitely go back to that frenchy's any day because their customer service there was so awesome.

Slow ash poor customer service

Sometimes there may be a 5 to 10 minute wait for chicken
, but they always let you know so you can decide to stay or leave. Trust me, I always stay to get that next batch of chicken fresh out of the pan. The seasoned fries are amazing,...as long as they are still warm. The employees that served always smile and give great service.

Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after the last time but I come at 2 pm and how they don’t have any French fries or is always out of something. I won’t waste my time driving far to come to this location again smh do better.
