Frenchy's Chicken

As much as I hate to say something negative about any place it's my job to give a great review because these places all of us eat at include myself ask for good money and we pay that money you would expect good food and good service that's all that a customer is asking in the case of Frenchie's it's horrible the French is on Veterans Memorial is horrible the mashed potatoes have zero taste the service is mediocre at best nothing about this place is good not even the drinks I honestly don't know how they still have their doors open at this location it's pretty pathetic I've given them ample chances because I live close and every time I come it's still a disappointment it's either the crew that they have working there or this is just truly the way the culture is

I GAVE THIS LOCATION A MONTH TO RESPOND AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN REFUND OR ANY CONTACT OF ANY KIND! I RECEIVED UNCOOKED CHICKEN AND THE GUY SAID THEY HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE FRYER WHEN I CALLED BACK TO REPORT IT! HE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK! WHEN I CALL NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF THE CHICKEN

Chicken and fries was good and the shrimp was ok, The shrimp got soggy fast so eat it there or on your way home lol, poor customer service!!

This really use to be my “go to “ French’s but after today I’m DONE! Those employees were ALL OVER THE PLACE! I say for 10 min for me to get half way back to work and notice my food is cold and I only work 5 minutes away. No pepper nor bread. Just cold chicken and fries. Never again!

It is such a shame that the restaurant industry does not have the respect for us patrons as they use to. Restaurants like Frenchy's Chicken are out here serving mediocre unseasoned chicken! The original Frenchy's was always delicious. However, when they started to branch out and franchise. The quality of their food has gone down the drain. Frenchy's had the nerve and audacity to be out here selling baby size pieces of fried chicken. This is unacceptable. If I would have known that their quality of food has gone down like this. I would have just went to Church's or Popeyes Chicken. Then to add insult to injury, they have gotten so expensive! I purchased the famous 5 piece "The King's Choice" for $12.99 and with tax a total $14.06. Then to be given 5 pitiful pieces of chicken that my dog did not want is unacceptable. From this day forward, I am protesting against the restaurant industry. Due to it is not just Frenchy's that is serving mediocre and not acceptable service and food. It is the restaurant industry as a whole. I will definitely cooking and eating at home from now on that is for sure.

YOU NEED NEW STAFF!!! THEY TOOK 30 MINS TO GIVE ME MY ORDER AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE WAIT, THE HISPANIC GIRL (WEARING A GREY TSHIRT) POPPED AN ATTITUDE! CLEARLY THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT FAST FOOD MEANS. THE OTHER ONE WAS ON HER PHONE WHILE I WAS WAITING. THE GIRL IN THE GREY SHIRT SLAMMED THE WINDOW WHEN I TOLD HER THERE IS A LONG LINE AND ASKED HER HOW LONG IT WILL BE! AND DID NOT CARE THAT I SAID I WOULD CONTACT THE MANAGER. JOKES ON HERE I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT THIS WHOLE LOCATION...CROSS CONTAMINATION, NO GLOVES, NO HAIR NETS. YOU BETTER HOPE I DONT GO TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WHAT I AM NOT GOING TO DO IS GIVE MY MONEY TO ANYBODY WHO'S POPPIN' AN ATTITUDE. THE HISPANIC CUSTOMERS GOT THEIR FOOD INSIDE WHO WALKED IN AFTER I HAD BEEN SITTING AT THE DRIVE THRU BEFORE I DID! THOSE TWO GIRLS WERE SITTING DOING NOTHING WHILE THE GUY WORKED DRIVE THRU, CASHIER, AND RAN OUT ORDERS.. FIRE THEM BOTH!

Frenchy's is the place to go for perfectly seasoned fried chicken. Their 2 piece dark with red beans is a classic combo and a great way to experience the flavors of New Orleans.

This location needs the recipe for chicken.
I don't know who seasoned the chicken the day I was there, but they must have forgotten to take the lid off.
The chicken was bland.
That was NOT Frenchy's chicken!
