Frenchy's Chicken

We ordered from Frenchy’s Chicken last night and it was honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with takeout. First, we waited an excessively long time for our order with no communication from staff. When the food finally came out, my husband was told they had dropped it on the floor — but from the way it was handed to us, it looked very much like they just picked it up and put it back in the box. We did not eat it.
On top of that, the fish had no batter at all, just a soggy piece sitting in the box. The entire order was unusable.
The customer service was extremely poor, and there was absolutely no attempt to make things right. This is not the location to trust for quality or sanitation. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Boudin balls were very good! My go to from here. However my question is.. Are gloves not a requirement or are the employees not wearing a hat? One lady was just patting her hair and then using the same hand to touch my card and my drink.. I also noticed some of the employees were handling the food without gloves

Outside the dry dirty rice, the chicken, cornbread and french fries were very good...

We ordered lunch from there today the chicken was old they sent us water instead of the drinks we order and when I tried calling to let them know I asked to speak with the manager the person who answered the phone just started talking crazy with an attitude when I was trying to tell her what the issue was we will never order from there again 😡

Abysmal service. Most of the employees were standing around, looking kinda high. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, waited over 30 minutes for a very simple order, then just asked for a refund.

Food is always on point, but my issue is the customer service is terrible! The guy just stuck the bag out without saying anything and shook it as if I was supposed to know he was there. Then he left my box open, my red beans and rice on the bowl like please do better

A bit of a wait in drive through checked my order it was incorrect but the gentleman at the window was apologetic and corrected.

Terrible service and terrible food, asked for all dark meat chicken got mix instead and the chicken looks so dark. I don’t know. When is the last time they changed their oil I don’t know how old oil they’re using.

The staff was very kind and professional, repeated the order before paying and before giving you the order. The food at this location is better than the original location. I ordered from the drive thru.
