Veggies taste like they’re old and/or frozen. Rice is lacking some flavor. Overall it’s okay but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered from this place and had to cancel with 24 hours notice. When I called to cancel, they told me they had to charge a 40% cancellation fee because they had already begun preparing the order. Not wanting to pay (and expense for work) a $300 cancellation fee, I called back within 5 minutes and told them that I wanted to reinstate the order and I would just feed my group although the meeting had been cancelled. 1.5 HOURS later, they called back and told me that they could not fulfill the order because they had scheduled their driver to go somewhere else at that same time. They offered to compromise, however, and only charge me a 30% cancellation fee instead. I was absolutely infuriated...these charges are for work, but are on my personal credit card, and my company will not reimburse me for cancellation fees. I understand their need to make up for what they possibly lost with the cancellation - that is why I reinstated my order. After all, what were they going to do with all of that food...but when they REFUSED to fulfill it after 5 minutes? These people are difficult and have no regard for customer service. I will never order from them again - and I caution everyone about placing orders with them...especially large ones. BEWARE!!!!

Don't even waste your time. I ordered from Door Dash at 11:11 am, finally got it at 12:41. It was not the dashers fault. Opened my packages to see it was ALL wrong! When I called they said we can make substitutions. Like no fires, turning grilled sandwiches into wraps. The fruit that I paid extra for was rancid! And the cookies must have been baked at least four days ago! Never ever again!

The fish was seasoned to perfection. I had sides of rice, green beans, steamed spinach and breaded shrimp. Everything was tasty and definitely hit the spot. Customer service was great and all the employees were sincere and helpful. Loooking forward to coming back again and trying some of the other lunch menu items! I'm all in for Fresh Choice Cafe.

My order was delivered and some of it was incorrect. They completely remade my order correcting the mistakes and hand delivered it FREE of charge and apologized. Their food is fresh and delicious. Also very generous portions. I will order from them again. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
