I'm giving a 5 star plus because they're usually good and I throughly enjoy their products especially there smoothies, they are awesome but today the gentleman that made my drinks was no bueno. It was disappointing. By the time I walked back to my job across the street(Central Library)...My drink looks like this it started separating and I shook it and it still separated...very disappointing since I couldn't return back to Fresh before they closed and my break was over...Not a happy camper...????♀️

Decided to try a new place and unfortunately was let down. To start, service isn't friendly - that's fine, maybe they were having a bad day. I overlooked it. I ordered the Mediterranean salad and it was the worst decision of my day. As if the dry, bland, unseasoned turkey wasn't enough, they opted to put three too many servings of olives despite me requesting them be left off. I also requested no tomatoes and still got those. When my food was ready they just sat it on the counter so I was left guessing if my meal was done yet and which was mine. I think this place is more known for their smoothies and bowls so I likely ordered the wrong stuff here!

I drank a detox drink on my lunch break from here and now I felt amazing afterwards. Definitely worldly recommend if you’re trying to get on a good diet!

Frequent customer for two years. Order: Tex mex Bowl. Acie Bowl, protein smoothie. This is the best kept secret in Houston. Always HIGH quality ingredients and service. I love this place. I think the owner hand picks the fruits and vegetables... because the ingredients are always ripe and fresh.

The Tale of Two Soups...cliff note version. Soup of the day Chicken Gumbo meh, not bad not good, but filling. Turmeric Lentil Soup is the way to go, very flavorful and hearty.

Vegans beware. They offer vegan protein options but will give you actual chicken. I hadn't had chicken in well over 7 years and ordered the vegan option. They instead gave me dry old chicken. The textures are obviously very different so I knew right away. I went back and politely asked that they remake it without chicken. They decided it would be too much work to remake it so they plucked out some of the chicken and mixed in the substitute. It was so obvious that I just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Ordered a smoothie and it was definitely fresh and tasty! I like that it didn't have any added sweeteners like most smoothie places. Cashier was very pleasant and gave suggestions from menu.
