Expensive for what you get. The bowls are deceivingly priced before adding any proteins which add an additional $2-4. And just a little effort made to properly portion the bowl and not drown it in cheap teriyaki sauce would have made it half worth the $20.

Workers are very extremely rude and poor customer service. I work here at the airport everytime I come ask politely for smoothie drink a guy cashier have always attitude. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! ???

Avoid. They are pretty rude here and the food is not fresh. The avocados were brown, the tomatoes were frozen and the portions were small. the BBQ sauce tastes processed.

This turned out to be a semi frustrating event as I was traveling and wanted grab a bite at the airport. The facility was clean and there was not very many people in line as well. I approached the counter to order the Bamboo Bowl with a Teriyaki Twist which is clearly how it was written on the men. However, the clerk kept telling me I had to order the Teriyaki bowl if I wanted the Teriyaki, so I pointed out that I wanted what the menu said and again was referenced to the other bowl at which point I just left. This could have been a training issue or just not in stock however it was never explained to me.So, until the next one. Bye-Bye!

Workers are very rude. I paid almost $12 for tortilla soup. It is advertised as coming with black beans. There were no black beans in it. I asked if they put black beans in it. They said yes. I asked are you sure? Because I could see with my own eyes there was none in it ( the container is clear). They were very rude at this point for me “bothering them”. I got a spoon, opened the container and stirred it up in front of them and again said look - you can see for yourself there are no black beans. They said “it comes inside the broth.”. I said well my broth came with zero black beans as you can see for yourself. If there are black beans, then by all means show me where they are. They said if I wanted more black beans then I could pay extra. I pointed to the description of the soup that advertises it as coming with black beans. They did not actually care that my soup had no black beans, just that they are adamant the beans come inside the broth they scoop out over the rice. A scoop of black beans was all this needed to be resolved. But they refused and were rude about it the whole time acting like I shouldn’t bother them. I don’t like false advertising. They don’t even offer salt and the soup definitely needs it. If you say a soup comes with black beans, then give people the black beans.

Cashier had no clue what he was even selling when I asked questions I just said he didn't know. And the food combination was good but for 20$ the rice was too crunchy and chicken and cheese too cold. Like I feel like I just got tricked and robbed.

If I could post no stars I would. I travel through Houston airport for work maybe 1-2x per month. I decided to stop at Freshii on my way to my gate because the pictures of the smoothies looked good and the place serves healthy food. A young man name Isaac took my order. First time at this place and Isaac had an expression and attitude on his face, that appeared as if he did not want to work today! I started off by asking how he was doing and he never responded so I said it again and he never responded. I then asked him which smoothie would he recommend since they were out of the one I wanted (strawberry smoothie). He said I don’t drink them so I wouldn’t know. He couldn’t even say “ well this one sales more..” I got the tropical mango one which was premade before I came he handed it to me and 2 seconds after I ordered. It was watered down and not good. I will never stop here again. Smoothie was not good and neither was the customer service.

Airport atmosphere. I ordered Egg Bacon & Cheese. Eggs were less than adequate, Bacon was the quality of shoe leather and cold, some sprinkle of shredded cheese, could not tell the quality, and some chopped tomatoes. It was handed to me dripping. I managed a few bites, then trashed the rest. Service was mechanical, and a word about tipping. Don’t. Tips are supposed to be for service, not for selling over the counter.

In transit at the Houston airport and stopped by Freshii. Got the Buddha Satay bowl which is vegan. Looked like other bowls could be made vegan as well. The bowl was very fresh and tasty. Happy to have found a healthy vegan option at an airport.The Freshii is located at terminal B.

Good is damage and the clerks don’t care! My wife bought a chicken salad with beans, and everything was rotten, when she came back looking to replace it, she realized other salads were rotten too. And the shop personnel didn’t care.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Freshii is one of my favorite places to eat. All of their food is amazing and quite healthy. I always feel great after eating and never tired. It’s so good I usually get lunch and order dinner when I’m working late. ?. SOO GOOD!
