I don’t know what everyone else is talking about, but I’m Chinese American and this place has awesome fried rice. Their fried rice has “wok hei” 鑊氣 which is a specific taste you can only get from fried rice made in a really hot wok. This place is awesome.
I own restaurant as well, and tried the chicken fried rice here, it was very good! wish the owner can show me what kind of sauce they use and how they cooked it. I really enjoyed it .
I got some beef fried rice here, and requested for spicy . it was awesome fried rice !! the spicy was right on the spot for me, a lot of food, My fried had some of mine too. he loved it, but it was to hot for him..
