Attend this establishment for my daughter's birthday dinner. First off our waiter Trez was great. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. It was a party of 14 & he handled it very well. But unfortunately other areas did not follow in his footsteps. 1st. party of 14 or party of 12, what difference does 2 people make when the original reservation was for 14. 12 has arrived, Then you were even setup for the 14. We still had to wait. And you are not setup to handled a party that large. We took up valuable space. 2nd. Our sides came out before our main entree. So it was eat your sides by themselves or eat them cold once your entree arrived. 3rd. advertising a more elegant vibe/atmosphere but giving a club feel. 4th. This next statement is personal preference "Smoking hookah & an upscale menu does not mix for me". I don't want someone blowing hookah smoke on my steak or lamp chops, etc, etc, etc. I have another, more laid back place I go to for cigar/hookah smoking. 5th. The chef/kitchen staff arguing with the wait staff about incorrect orders, very unprofessional. Of course, parking not ideal, but doable. I give this place a 3, only because of our waiter, Trez.

Had reservations for 4 PM didn’t get to sit at the table until 4:45. We walked in on time, had to wait until the waitress cleaned our table. Not only were the tables not clean, there was food on the floor all around the table. The waitress was clearly clueless about what was on the menu, we proceeded to put our order in and 20 mins later we were advised that they were out of a lot of things. There was no sense of urgency to get our drinks, appetizers or food out to us. They were not busy. They had 2 birthdays there and it seemed that they were getting all the staffs attention. The staff seem to be unclear about what’s going on and the hostess was unfriendly. Service was horrible not enough staff. overcharging, price gouging on the drinks. I ordered a lemon drop I was charged 4.00$ for the flavoring . I was charged for Tito liquor. No one explain to the group that there’s a charge for Tito liquor vs regular vodka. Again, NO option on premium liquor or regular liquor. They (waitress and bartender) assumed that’s what we wanted upgraded liquor. A lemon drops should have not cost me $24. Both managers came over and did their job, made all kind of excuses for the over priced liquor, why service was so shity, why tables were not cleaned before people arrived and how they were out of food that’s on their menu ?

I love the ambiance the food and the atmosphere. If u are going on a Friday or Saturday night it's best to reserve. We were told 1h30 waiting time when u showed up last night. We just sat at the bar. We still had a great time . I will definitely recommend this place. And they don't have that valet nonsense other places have

Had a horrible experience at this place, went there for my birthday with my boyfriend. It took about 30 min for someone to attend to us although people that came after us were attended directly as they sat, we later ordered a drink and was given water. Took forever for us to get the drink and asked about getting food, we had to leave because the service was horrible. Ended up pay 50 for the drinks and a horrible experience

The manager, Jean made sure to check on us periodically. Our server, Don was also very attentive. The service here is top notch and the food was delicious. Let me not forget the drinks…very tasty!

Ironically we found out it’s owned by same ppl that own bungalow. Was a nice dinner if you want a little music down to earth dinning with upscale feel.
Only thing I wish was the dress code was enforced. Don’t let your standards slip, overall great experience
