I’m always on the hunt for black owned spots to experience and this one did not disappoint!! My server was GG and the hookah guy was Twon both were attentive knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. GG was spot on with her drink suggestions and so was Twon with his Hookah concoction that was fantastic. The food was amazing the prices of everything was just right so right you’ll be making plans about your next visit while you’re sitting there at your current one. If you are looking for a great lil ducked off spot with good music good food good customer service and good prices you can’t miss with frozen!!! THIS WAS NOT A PAID REVIEW I give credit where credit is due and frozen deserves it kudos!!

Pulled up to Frozen for Sunday brunch, and the vibe was on point. GG behind the bar was straight-up top tier—her energy was everything! Yeah, there was a little wait on the food, but honestly, the atmosphere and her great service made it more than worth it. That’s exactly the kind of energy you want behind the bar. GG was GREAT, and I’ll definitely be back!

No one greeted me when I came in. I sat at the bar for a few mins before being greeted and they weren’t busy at all. Bartender seemed to have an attitude and the drink was very weak. My wings were uncooked and my fries were cold. I was just riding around and decided to stop by… Wish I would’ve looked at the website before I came.. the website gave what the food was.. TRASH !! Yall need to do better

Definitely a hidden gem in the 3rd ward. Ordered the wings today. Needless to say, I’ll be back. Our bartender Janece was great and took really good care of us the entire night. 10/10 will be back.
