This is going to be one of the highlights of my move to Houston. In all my years of visiting restaurants, I have never experienced one place that provides 100% across-the-board top quality, top quantity, top presentation, top service, and to top it all off, unbelievable pricing. I love spending the 580mile round trip quality time with my wife, but Dona Leti's is the icing on the cake.
And my family and friends already know we will hit the road without question!

If this is Mexican food, i would never want to visit Mexico. Does not taste good. Way too fatty, no fresh ingredients and portions are too big. Everyone has leftovers. 2 stars because of the ambience.

Whew! I had to sit on this one for a minute! This was Hands down some of the BEST Mexican food I have had in a long time (and i was raised on Mexican food). The staff is accommodating and friendly, and we were seated quickly on a packed night!So, Imma start from the appetizer, The chips and salsa were fresh and taste homemade (not watery and well seasoned) the drinks are AMAZING and refreshing as well! Be careful not to get full on chips and drink because the portions are HUGE. I got the surf and turf eggrolls and My Hubby got a sandwich. It comes with Alll the fixings free (sauce, guac, etc). The meat was tender, juicy and fresh! Veggies was fresh and lightly seasoned, and it wasn't GREASY. If you are a cheese lover, you will appreciate their menu as well! Truly an amazing experience, but beware it can get crowded and loud sometimes! But thats the ONLY downside! Enjoy! (TRY THE ELOTE, ITS AMAZING AND YOU WILL HAVE SOME TO TAKE HOME 💕)

I’m highly disappointed first time ordering from this location my enchiladas were horrible. I ordered takeout they did not taste like the ones from Washington Ave. I had jalapeños on top no lettuce, sour cream, guacamole they did they own thing. I will never go here again
