So if you don’t like the way, your burger came out that’s kind of on you - it’s really hard to be mad at a restaurant that gives you the ability to fix your own burger the way you like it, and then you sit down at the table and not like your burger - this is a restaurant dedicated to personal responsibility - if you’ve left a bad review at this restaurant, you should probably look in a mirror

First time in this chain. Did not expect the interior to be so cool. When you arrive you join the queue. Order at the counter and wait for your name to be called. Burger is served on a tray. Once you pick it up you go to the side and get your toppings. Standard pickle lettube tomato etc. Add as much as you like. Move then to the opposite for sauces. Nice kid area to keep the kids busy.

There was excellent service. The cashier was friendly, warm, and attentive. The food was excellent. Tastes just like I remembered. Everything looked and tasted fresh. My wife accidentally dropped her burger and the same cashier graciously got us another one along with fresh fries. She was so kind.

I use love this place in California. My kids had been wanting to go but for four burgers and drinks I spent about $100. Burgers were not bad, the fries were ok, the drinks the cups were a bit on the smaller side. Would I take my kids again. Hmmmmmm .....I'm not sure..... maybe I'll give it a second chance in the future but for now I'll pass.
