Long time fan, who has finally given up. (35 years I've been going to Fuddruckers throughout CA)
Quality and service have consistently been declining, particularly last 10 years.
Today though ... I'm finally done.
They messed up my order (yet again), predictably blamed me, and adamantly refused to fix it. 2/3lb is not the same as 1/3lb, no need for a scale - anyone's eyes can blatantly see it.
I truly am sad, but at this point it's clearly time for us all to mourn the death of Fuddruckers and move onto the future.

Quality really dropped and I stopped going. Last time I went I told me l my wife if they don't step it back up they were going out of business. Look what happened. I was correct. Sorry for them.

Owner's did not pay rent, so it's currently closed (as of 5/24/24). Must vacate premises by 5/27 according to three page sign on front door.
I stopped by for lunch and Hamid T waited on me. He was so pleasant with a big smile and upbeat personality. I really appreciate this positive experience since many times workers in the past may have seemed less than excited to wait on me. Thank you to Hamid for your excellent customer service. The food was better quality, fresh and affordable compared to fast food places that cost the same.

This place has really gone downhill. Soda machine was out and we only found out because of other customers that were there. Food did not taste fresh at all like it used to. Employees had a "don't care attitude" as well. Will definitely not be going back.

Don't see this place lasting much longer. There is no excuse for them not accepting anything but cash for months on end. As we were eating we watched several customers turn around and walk out likely because of the "cash only". Then there are items they are not selling. When I went it was wings they were out of. The staff was nice and the food and drinks were good. This place used to pop and it still could if they would get their act together. It all comes down to the management. Sad.
