After riding our bikes all day, it was great to come across! We got smoothies and tried one of there Korean beef prepped meal, it was so good! We're currently on the way back to pick some up to take some home.
The employees were top notch. They were helpful, friendly, informative, and went out of our their way to make our first visit the best. The Cubanito bowl was delicious. Definitely go if you track your macros. They have a free nutrition consultation and meal plan option that I plan to check out.
Some of the best health food I've ever had. Joshua was incredibly helpful and informative. They have options for all types of folks, keto, paleo, people who just want to count macros, people who just want to know where their good comes from. Cannot recommend them enough, I will eat here everytime I visit Houston. Smoothies and prepped meals, this is your go to place.
