I had such a great time at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Location: slightly off the main road. Safe, quiet area and enclosed parking area. Although it ticked everything that a Hilton should offer, it was not what I expect a Hilton to be. If it weren’t because if it’s title, I would have been very happy. Nice airy reception area, next to a bar and restaurant/breakfast area. Breakfast options were either a continental buffet or a la carte (obviously latter dearer) Very tidy and clean overall with good WiFi throughout. Room was nice - icy air conditioning.

The 1st room I was given 327 wasn't properly cleaned and the dead bolt wasn't working. It took maintenance 4 attempts to fix the lock. This prevented me from using the bathroom because he kept coming back and I wasn't going to leave him in my room while I was using the bathroom. On 8/21/22 the 2nd day I was changed to room 333. This room while was clean had the same issue with the dead bolt. I spoke to Nato the manager on Monday 8/22/22 and he listened to my concerns and assured me this would be addressed. I was given 50% off my 1st night. All was well until Tuesday 8/23/22. Maintenance was doing touch up painting to the room doors. I had the do not disturb tag on the front of my door. When I left my room, dark brown paint got all over my fingers. I spoke to the manager Nato again. I was angry at this point. I said why would maintenance paint a door of a room wherea guest is currently staying? This made no sense to me. He came up to inspect the door. And said see it's all dry now. Luckily for him it didn't get on my clothing. I didn't understand why this occurred.

Where do I start? We reserved the room for 3 nights (Friday-Monday). We always request a room with a bathtub due to my fiancé's back issues, so when we checked in on Friday (5/27), I asked about the bathtub to be sure there was one (even though the reservation said there was). Elizabeth, the "front desk rep", muttered about how she hadn't been in all of the rooms and they had all been redone and she didn't know what was in there or what wasn't but that if there wasn't a tub, to come back and tell her and she would see what was available. Ok, first of all, an establishment of this supposed caliber should be able to definitively tell what amenities are or are not in a room. Secondly, we were gone from the front desk less than 5 minutes, and came back to say there is no tub. She was standing there chatting with other employees and dismissed me before I even finished my sentence and said, "Oh, we don't have any other rooms available." I reminded her that she literally just told me to come back down, and she said that she'd checked with her manager and they said they didn't have any. Ok, so we decided to just go back up to the room and decide what we were going to do. While in the room, this very high-pitched squeal was permeating throughout the room. It would last 5-10 seconds, stop for a few seconds, then be heard again. This went on for about 45 minutes. (We later determined that it was from the plumbing any time that water was used). Also, we tried to use the thermostat, but the battery light was blinking to indicate that the battery was dead. We also had a light out or that did not work. As we went back downstairs to leave to get food, the front desk rep asked if everything was good, and I said, no, not really. I proceeded to tell her about the noise, the light and the thermostat. She said, “Well, you didn’t want to change rooms?” I stated that she had just told me not an hour earlier (this was around 8pm) that they had no other rooms. She said she meant they have no rooms with a tub. We were trying to eat as it had been a long journey, and my fiancé decided that we would address it later and just left to eat. Upon returning, she was nowhere to be found, so we went back to the room and decided we would try to just deal with it. However, I noticed that we only had one bath towel the following morning, so I went to ask for towels. I saw a nice cleaning lady in the hall who was cleaning the rooms, and asked for one, but was told she didn’t have any. I went to the front desk and there was a young man there this time. I asked for towels, to which he replied he had no towels, but that he would send someone up with some in about 30 minutes. I also asked about the thermostat again, and he said that they would have someone come and check it. No one ever came. We waited 30 minutes before I went back down again to ask for towels, only to be told they had no towels, and he went into this back room to “ask his manager”. (FYI, “ask my manager” was a frequent excuse for whoever was at the front desk and didn’t want to actually provide service. They would walk through a door behind the counter and come back a few seconds later and say they couldn’t help us.) I told this young man that we had somewhere we had to be and needed to shower, so we needed towels, so he went to “ask his manager” and came back with 3 small “pool” towels that we ended up using because we had no other options. We left and went to our scheduled meeting and came back, upon which time I asked for towels again to the same desk rep that checked us in. As every time that we went down there, whoever was at the front desk was just playing on their personal cell phones and obviously didn’t want to be bothered. (She is who we had to speak with every time except when the young man was there once.) She said she had no towels, and that they were all being washed. This was around 7 pm. I asked if someone could please bring us towels when they were done washing, and she said that the towels were washing right now so the

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 8 weeks for it's proximity to the office I visit. Every check-in I have had to ask for a bedside clock. The last 3 weeks I (and my teammates) have had to ask for soap and a washcloth. I request daily housekeeping - it has been a problem every visit. This last week they didn't show up once even though it was requested daily and I reminded them every morning as I left the hotel for work. I've reached out to the GM several times with no response. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are wonderful. The housekeeping department needs supervision and accountability. The restaurant has not had the food items they needed to meet what the menu offers. As I checked out this week I did see a food delivery truck pulling in. It's not in the safest area but I have never felt unsafe - once I arrive I don't go back out. I will continue to stay there for the convenience of traveling to the office in Houston traffic. The management team needs to take accountability for the operations. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are wonderful. I am a Life Time Diamond and this hotel does not meet Hilton Standards.

Wielką przyjemność mieliśmy smakując specjałów podczas Restaurant Week. Głębia smaków, dania pięknie prezentowane i podane.

No room service available. They charge you $30+ per person for breakfast even though your itinerary says free breakfast. Room service is non existence. You have walk down to receptionist to get additional towels or anything.
