Chris, our server was short handed because of a call in today. Taking control of this bar with extreme amount of customers. This man is a top notch hard working ? bartender. He is doing circles around this place getting to go orders and keeping customers happy with his fast accurate service. His happy attitude working short handed deserves recognition. Please tell Chris thank you for his hard work. Brovo
This place must be an absolute nightmare any time it’s busy. It was a full bar, but not over crowded, and basically only one girl was handling making all the drinks and tending to everyone at the bar. There were were about FIFTEEN employees just standing around in the general area being unhelpful. I saw several on their phones, some were eating with a silverware bucket next to them, but not even working in the silverware, some were just talking not paying attention, there were even workers going behind the bar to try to talk to the bartender about something, and then they would just stand around and be in the way, to where she had to shout out for help because so many people were just standing around

Waitress was clearly irritated because we had to ask for silverware. I also had to get up and go look for napkins. When our drinks arrived at the table, my glass was dirty and had something sticky around the rim. I ordered the cheesecake with caramel sauce and it was brought out with no sauce. Horrible dining experience all around. Will not recommend or return.

Food was delicious, drink was on point. BUT with the amount charged you should be able to hook the music to someone’s music app instead of the loud radio station that talks more than music was played.
I understand why this place has so many negative reviews. I walked up to the hostess stand. The person there was bent over leaning on the rail, I could barely see her and noticed she was on her phone. I waited a moment and then she finally recognized that there was a person standing there. I asked if I could sit at the bar and she said yes and just pointed me that way. The bar wasn’t busy and a lot of chairs were available. Both bartenders saw me sit and no one said hello. No one provided a menu. I waited a few minutes. A customer walks up to the bar on the other side sits down and the male bartender asked her immediately if she wanted a drink. The other bartender went out to clean tables. She came up to the bar and noticed I still didn’t have a menu and provided one. Then another couple sat next to the lady that got helped and the male bartender immediately ask them what they wanted. I looked at the other bartender as she was back, she made eye contact with me and then immediately came over and helped me. I think she saw the frustration on my face. I ordered a $24 basic margarita. Outrageously expensive. I thought after a few minutes someone I would come over and say hey can I get you any food. No one ever did. After I was finished with my margarita, I went to cash out with the bartender that helped me. I told her at that point that I was going to order food but no one ever came to help me. She said oh I came by and asked everybody if they wanted anything, but she did not ask me. When I got up to leave, the bar was a little bit more full. There were two people waiting to sit at the bar so I gave them my chair and the one next to me was empty. They weren’t even in their chairs and the bartender asked if they wanted drinks. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible food, beer, service took forever, and super crowded. Utensils were dirty so they just gave us plastic ware. I wouldn’t waste the money or time!

the "tomato bisque" soup is right out of a can. the only bisque about it was a small swirl of something white on top. In addition, the management said they would refund our money for the soup but, instead, charged the full bill AND the cost of the soup, again.

Waiter was terrible! Spilled beer on me and my bag. He moved as if nothing happened. Barely apologized! When he brought the check, he was like a robot, no compassion… just doing his job. Never offered any compensation for wasting beer on me. I ordered another drink which he didn’t bring, instead his manager offered to get another server. This place is ran by inexperienced servers and a so called manager (he has no clue about customer service). The hostess had an obvious hole in the back of her pants and she acknowledged that she knew it was there! Totally disgusting! I will never stop by here again… and yes ism a frequent flier!
We ate here after flying from San Jose Costa Rica. The food was overpriced even an airport. The restaurant had a musty smell and my salad came with warm chicken or should I say hot as if it was the same chicken used for a barbecue chicken sandwich. To top it off my son threw up the next morning when we got home.

9/26/24 6pm Table 22 Horrible save yourself the hassle don’t go here!
Ordered chicken nachos they bring out a soggy bowl of cheese & chips covered with lettuce no chicken oh well I’m starving.
I politely ask about the chicken the waitress gets rude like I’m bothering her asking for what I’m paying for, She comes back and slams a bowl of soggy shredded chicken down on the table-disgusting.
It wasn’t a big deal that the food sucked until she started acting immature and throwing a fit when asked to do her job and get what I ordered.

We had some time to kill, and our gate was conveniently located next to this place...so why not give them a try? The place was hoppin' but the two of us sat down immediately upon request and we grabbed a table out front, (excellent people watching), our server was prompt, and she even brought a nice smile with her as she introduced herself! Our food was at our table within 10 mins and it was hot, flavorful, and plenty. We ordered up the smashed bacon burger with fries, a wedge salad and 2 Blue Moon beers. The burger was killer, fries, eh, but hot, and we really enjoyed the wedge salad with bacon bits . Oh, and our beers were Cold! A lively place, especially the bar, and the people watching did not disappoint! We will return here again. Give em a try.

This one is a little longer than usual.
Today we had the privilege to dine at the Gastrohub. The hostess was absolutely amazing and very helpful and the reason we decided to dine. Once we sat down the horror began. Because the waitress was on her phone at the bar and talking to others that was actually working, it took some time for our drink orders to be placed. Sophia was our waitress. Her attitude was of a toddler having to pick up toys. We ordered coffee, lemonade, tomatoe bisque, and grill cheese sandwiches. She first brought me cold coffee and we were served lukewarm soup. The only pleasant thing was after going back with the coffee, she brought fresh coffee. We sat and waited for the ticket while she again was on her phone. As embarrassing as it was, I had to yell for her to come over and bring the ticket. She then came with attitude and a disrespectful demeanor. The total came to a little over $79. Yes it was a shock with we ordered, but the ticket was paid with $80 cash. Sophia, our awesome waitress, then comes and push the change down in my friends pocket. Normally even with this type of service I would tip. However, this was such a disappointment I refused.
