Read my review if you are a parent and wanting a great experience reliving your childhood memories with your kids but even better. The worker Justin at this location is the sole reason using the energy to write an extensive review. From the moment we walked in greeting and helping us, to sitting down and helping with any requests, to assisting the game room bc a coworker got sick. Justin made this entire gatti’s experience I will never forget and I’m so excited my kids and family loved it and wish we lived here to go back all the time. It was clean, it was friendly, it was great!

I was Overcharged for the buffet. It was very cold in the place where you couldn't even enjoy your food. No customer service. The atmosphere could use a little updating.

I’m shocked at these reviews. We went Fri night, it was not busy. All the pizza tasted like it was reheated from days ago. All dry, hard, the cheese was gray and stiff. Just plain aweful. No exaggeration.

Most of the games were not working. The buffet has definitely decreased in what's offered, and then I found out the card I had been keeping forever no longer works for the points on it, and they will no longer honor them.
Kids had a great time and it was a good value. Food was actually pretty good. It's a little dated and dark inside but not horrible. Employees were all very friendly too.
