I feel the quality of the food and service was way better than the other Brazilian rodizios. Also, love the ambient.

I honestly loved eating here everyone was super attentive , meat was always coming around the waiters were great and the food was so delicious. I have a better experience here than fogo de chao if I'm being completely honest everything was a 10/10

Everything was great. The food kept coming and service was great. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the ribs. They were just not seasoned right and had gristle. Everything else was great!

My husband, daughter and myself attended a late lunch at Gauchos. We didn’t have on fancy clothes or anything spectacle so was surprised they let us enter. We enjoyed the awesome buffet and Brazilian experience. We loved the food and the customer service! Thank you for allowing us to eat in this fine dining experience despite us not being dressed accordingly! The food and experience was top notch and we will return!!!!

The salad bar is fantastic. It includes huge shrimp (w/cocktail sauce), heart of palm, artichoke hearts, smoked salmon, lobster bisque, quail eggs, asparagus, broccolini, to name a few, plus all the usual greens. The selection of meats was great too and cooked to perfection. It included lamb chops, rib eye, filet, lamb loin, and of course picanha. Several times a waiter would check on us and ask if there was a specific cut of meat we wanted and how we wanted it cooked.

Avoid this place chama gaucha on westheimer is way better! This place used yo be good but not anymore meat is hard & dry

Recently visited for HRW and had a lovely experience. All of the included meats were cooked and seasoned well! The salad bar and desserts were a little lacking in flavor, but the stars of the show (picanha, gaucho steak, and grilled shrimp) more than made up for it.

The menu prices are a bit higher than some other Brazilian Steakhouses, but the food and the service are amazing. Everything is seasoned perfectly, and the staff is super attentive. If you decline several items in a row, the servers will ask if you are waiting on anything specific, and they get it to you ASAP.
We were in last week with friends from out of town, and they say this is the best Brazilian Steakhouse they have ever been to.
Reservations recommended.

I consider myself somewhat of an expert in Brazilian all you can eat establishments such as this as I have been to most of the different brands that offer this style of dining and honestly I can say that both my daughter and I were disappointed especially after reading the good reviews. We made a reservation for 6:30 came in earlier and were quickly seated , the moment we walked in we saw it was a full house as they had the whole other part of the restaurant booked for some Telemundo event and that made it feel a bit crowded especially when trying to walk to back and forth from the salad bar as people were standing directly in the way of the area my daughter and I and several other patrons we seated . Once we made it back from the salad bar we switched our little card over and started to taste the different meats . The meats we tried was the gauchos steak , Picanha , New York Strip, Lamb sirloin, grilled shrimp, and last we tried the grilled pineapple. We were not impressed , the meat was honestly a little dry and lacking in flavor definitely not what we were expecting. About the service I have nothing bad to say they were very attentive but boy did it hurt to pay for a meal that we were disappointed with ! But live and learn right …..

Fantastic evening at Gaucho! If there is better service in the city, I don't know about it! The servers are quietly observant, and don't miss a beat! The meat is soooo good and the salad bar is the stuff of legends! We can't wait to go back.

The best Brazilian steak house, we love the location and the service is amazing. Their salad bar is amazing and fresh. The view is amazing at sunset. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion.
