I only had the crawfish, which was cooked well and tasted delicious. However, the service was terrible. The lady at the register was extremely awkward and made the experience uncomfortable. She lacked customer service skills and was unwelcoming. This wasn't just my experience; three other customers had the same issue. One couple even waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. It was evident that she didn't want to be there as she was sitting and on her phone....
Picked up some food to geaux. The crawfish etouffe looked so unappetizing. It was very milky tasting and needed more crawfish and spices. The boiled seafood was decent. The shrimp were wonderfully seasoned. Everything else can geaux. I'm not sure why they didn't answer the phone when I called in the order because they weren't busy. All of the staff was outside smoking when the order was picked up.
