My daughter wanted to go to this place because she seen it in TikTok. Hello kitty pancakes are delicious but the service is horrible the person that was there didn’t even welcomed us she was very rude I smiled at her and she just looked at me and turned around horrible horrible service if you don’t want to work just stay at home and give someone else the position because apparently you don’t like your job! We will never go back to this place!!!!

Really bad customer service. Girl taking order was rude to me and the other people in-front of me in line. It was not packed at all and seemed to take forever to be attended. Seems they don’t have enough coverage to attend to customers. Only two people working.

We came because we saw a viral video and we wanted to see the experience with our own eyes, the place is charming, everything is very cute, very pink, we ordered a special pelon with mini pancakes, at first glance it looked spectacular when we tried the pancakes, they were delicious, freshly made, very good The bad thing was the drink, a mango juice (water) that really tasted like SUKO, that discouraged us a lot. On the other hand, what we didn't like very much was the attention of the lady who received us, since we explained to her that it was our first time since we are foreigners and she only told us that there were MENUS, that whenever we wanted we could order, which The minimum we expected was for them to explain a little about what they were selling, I feel like they could put a little effort into that aspect.

The pancakes are awesome, light and fluffy and made fresh, way better than I expected and will be back for more. The elote has way too much mayonnaise, or at least mine did. And it wasn’t served with a lime wedge, I had to ask for one, like a communist. The aqua fresca isn’t better quality or price than a street vendor but is made with real fruit and isn’t just sugar water like some places. A nice spot to stop in for a snack

Bine for a recommendation of a milkshake or choco milk and I received ice with chocolate milk, not foamy as expected and what they advertise, it seemed more like a chocolate water than a milkshake or choco milk, I didn't feel like returning or complaining ???? ??????????

It's a little pricey.
But the service is the worst.
The lady seem to be bothered with me asking questions regarding the menu. It was my first time here so I wasn't sure what to get.

By the way I asked for a torta del chavo and got a different kind of torta. Didn't notice until I got back to my place. Don't waste your money here I been to similar places that have better quality food.

The worst place to get served for some Tostitos and a mineral water. It took an hour. The employees work very slowly, discouraged. The cheese was salty. I don't understand how these types of places are still open. Personally, I will never return to that place. Plus, the air doesn't work when it's hot. good and it smelled something bad
