Me and 5 others showed up, and were quickly seated. Took a bit to get our drinks and order but nothing crazy. The reason for the poor review is the incredibly long waits between them bringing food we had asked for. Our food would be finished and waiter would get our next choices just for us to have to request another time or two. Then we'd get the wrong thing brought over. On top of that we asked for 2 Pina coladas. On the check they had them at 19.00 a piece. Looking at the menu, it showed Pina colada at 9 and some change a piece. Waiter asked the bartender and told us the price was correct the 9 dollar one was something different. 19 bucks a small drink is insane. Foods fine if they can actually get it to you but after this experience im happy we didn't pay extra for the premium choices. Seems like they do what they can to slow things down so they can make more money on each table. Would not go back to this restaurant.

Went in at about 4 PM, stood up front. As no one bothered to greet us. They were not busy I he it’s still early…. The few workers just stood in the back stared at me like I had something of my forehead, Completely ignoring us. I walked back and forth, the front of the restaurant and for about 5-7 minutes stood up front and never got acknowledged . Terrible customer service!!!! -5 stars

If you have a big appetite and love meat this is an excellent option. Nice variety of meats with premium options as well. Haven't had one thing I didn't enjoy so far!

The food was ok, mediocre. Been to other places that was way better than this place. I recommend going to an authentic Korean bbq restaurant than here but it’s not terrible just ok. Service though on the other hand was horrible. I had to wait for the meat for 30 min, server gave the worst attitude and was totally disappointed with the experience. Do not get seated Amber, terrible service from her and definitely put the stars down for this review. Otherwise, ok food and terrible service.

My friends took me here, As a first timer at a Korean BBQ I must say I liked it, very different experience, its buffet style but instead of cooked food they brig raw food and you cook it, they bring side also like salad, Kimchi chi and dipping sauces. If you he the regular meats it come out to about 35ish$ per person, it’s more expensive if you get the specialty meats. I spent about 150 for 3 people including 2jars of mix drink

1st time at this restaurant. The food was very good!Had a fly in one of my dishes, but that could have happened to anybody. My waitress was very apologetic and obviously replaced it. The manager should have come over to apologize, but it's not that big of a deal to me. Will definitely come back again!

Food was ok. Bus boys and the manager interrupt your conversation every 2 to 3 minutes to grab plates from your table like they didn't have enough to go around. They have an electronic inventory and ordering system but it took three tries to order our drinks because they were out of everything but the system didn't show it. Not a good experience. Owners spent too much on fancy decor and missed on all the basics.
For my first time trying Korean BBQ, Gen Webster was a great opportunity. Our server, (Nathan) took great care of us and had great recommendations, we spent 3 hours eating and have over 15 plates and everything we didn’t cook was cooked perfectly (KFC, Fried Calamari, etc). Give it a try

I only withheld the fifth star because I've been to the Korean BBQ place in NYC and I may never find anything that good again, but this is a perfect place to eat if you like some action and variety in your meal, as well as just so much protien! Cook it how you like it and get some more when you're done! Hopefully, the place does well enough to justify larger grills on the table someday because the more, the better! Would absolutely recommend trying this place and searching out good KBBQ everywhere else to travel to!
