The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff's enthusiasm is wonderful! My friends and I were treated like kings the entire time by Alexander, the manager, and the other employees. They guided us through the process of choosing tastes and making suggestions, and their enthusiasm was contagious. It was a wonderful encounter!

Over the years I noticed this place going down. We walked in, not only did it look bad, but it had a bad odor. We walk up to the lady to take our order. Normally we see the prices on the screen but the screen was down. My coworker placed her order and so did I. The lady gave us the price and we were a bit floored at the price for lunch. So we decided to change our order to a small bowl. Well the lady threw a fit because she had to push a button on her machine. And clearly and a bit abrupt said to us "next time make sure you know what you want to order before you order it". And I said "oh hell no" and walked out. I'm sorry "little girl" but do not speak to people like that. I will not be treated in this manner at any location.

I made a mobile order through the app and when I got there that they made me a small bowl when I ordered a large. I pointed the mistake out to the manager and he immediately fixed my order up right away. Very impressed with how quickly he handled the situation and he even gave me a free dessert for my wait! Very good management here and love how they care for their customers!

This place is terrible. The cashier was on her personal phone talking and had us stand there waiting until she got off the phone so we could order and pay. She then said card machine doesn’t work because it’s raining outside but we could use cash app?? Very sketchy why would I cash app a “business.” We decided to leave because the whole experience was weird. I’ve been to other Genghis Grill locations that were good but don’t recommend this place.

Really great place for a post gym meal. Fresh proteins and veggies…with a little careful packing it’s crazy how much meat you can pack into the bowl they give you to fill!!

I like Genghis Grill and the food that they have there but I think it is a bit more pricey for the food that they offer. You can indeed choose as many stuff as you like to have them grilled in one go but the size of the bowl they provide is small. I would also like them to provide at least two bowls; one for vegetables and other for meat items. Overall, good food.

Gilbert was the first person I came into contact with at this Genghis Location. He greeted me with a high level of professionalism and was greatly helpful. This location mostly benefits from having a confident employee such as Gilbert. This was not my first experience at a Genghis Grill... However, it was my first time at this location. Thank you Gilbert for your service!

When my wife, daughter and I visited this location and we were very disappointed when having to pay the hirer prices with such poor service. There was not enough staff on duty to help us. Gilbert, the cashier, had to keep helping us and answer our questions. The bar was out of a lot of the items that we wanted and Gilbert said that they were all out. Please get some staff to help the customers and keep the bar stocked up.
Food is tasty but But lady on reception was not friendly or welcoming. Restaurants not looks neat. Floor ans furniture are century old and dirty.

Genghis Grill Jambalaya Bowl has: grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, grilled sausage, your choice of base (I chose fried rice), Dragon Onions (I'm lost on that one ?). The flavors blend so well, the grilled meats are absolutely amazing, the Dragon Onions are really good (I don't like onions but these were really good). You have three sizes to choose from: small, medium, and large. I just wished there was a Genghis Grill more closer to my house though. But that has nothing to do with the excellent quality of the food. Great Mongolian Food (and my first time eating Mongolian Food too ???).

I always make my own bowl because I can pack it up!! They’re really good about separating the bowls if you have any food allergies, which I have a lot of. The 3G & Mongolian sauces are my favorite!

The best one I’ve been to. Hands down. Food was prepared just right. My allergies were clearly attended to and cooked on a separate grill. Also, this one seemed to have more choices than the others I’ve been to and the customer service was greater in comparison to others as well. Highly recommended!

Absolute JOKE of a restaurant, waste of my time and money. They took 25 minutes to cook my meal (only 2 other customers were there) and still somehow managed to send my order to go to someone else. They then tried to convince me that someone else’s food was my food. Incompetent and disrespectful, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and this was one of the poorest showings I’ve ever seen.
