I usually get friend rice with mine!Prices typically from 8-12 for small to large size bowls. Stack it high, and learn to bowl build.

Really gross. When we went the meat was all mixed up, it was in containers where it wasnt supposed to be, the vegetables were the same way. Everything looked old or like it wasnt stored right. Bugs are flying around while you eat, gnats I believe or flys. Cooks are great though they made me laugh.only positive about this place.

Can't use free birthday bowl! I've been trying for 6 days to redeem my free birthday bowl. Since Friday, the note on door says closed due to maintenance. Called Saturday and was told they would be open Monday. They weren't and no one has answered the phone or returned my email on when they will reopen. I would have liked to have placed at order to-go but can't even do that. Today is the last day my free bowl is valid and I doubt they'll honor it past today. ?

The food tasted fine. The process was different from other Mongolian grills I've been to which through me off at first. And all of the meats didn't have a fresh look to them. But, it tasted surprisingly good!

Love the wide selection of ingredients, sauces and spice. Always comes out great no matter what you toss in there! Hold the rice and go for cabbage and skip the carbs!

Was my first time at a Genghis. Party of 4. Got my food after everyone else had finished. Lady just left it up on the counter until everyone else's was done then cooked mine. Half the grill was empty.

Employees were very nice, but my meal wasn't cooked properly. My shrimp did not only not look like what I had saw on the menu, but it was also not cleaned properly. I had also gotten fried rice with egg and instead of it being mixed it was whole chunks of it. And lastly my crab felt and looked fake.Along with being extremely soft. I do not recommend eating here if you are looking for a quick, delicious, and inexpensive place to eat.

They are very customer service friendly and good place to stop at on 5PM - 6PM as they are not that busy during that time. Waitress let me check my food before she handed it to me for To-Go.
This place was amazing. I love Asian Cuisine. Portions are as big as you make them. I loved this place

Horrible experience, walked in, waitress appeared to be intoxicated, forks were dirty, was brought another dirty fork, bowls were also dirty. Everything had a layer of grime on it and we ended up leaving before we got our drinks. I feel really bad but I would not recommend this location, this is the worst review I've ever had to leave for a place.

Just all around the worst experience from a Genghis grill ever. I wont go back to this location. It took over 15 minutes to get the hostess/ waitress to seat us. Then she say us and another couple at the same time. The other couple asked to move as their table was filthy. She pointed across the room, they went over there and promptly exited the building without sitting down. We should have done the same. 30 minutes after we sat down we got our drink order. And the place wasnt even packed maybe 1/3rd full.
