The icecream was soooo nasty 🤢

Not worth the price, it should be $.50 cents but we paid $9 for this garbage. I tried to eat it since I paid and was afraid to ask for a refund, but ended tossing it in the trash, my daughter on the other hand complained but she’s just a kid and had hers even with it being nasty.

I always rate based on the food. The food was alright, it was good even, but the issue I have is that I feel everything is a little bit overpriced. I think I paid $12 for 6 small macrons (I Don't know how much Macrons cost normally, so there is that) Its a decent place, but as i said, overpriced.

The coffee here is okay, it’s nice to be able to stop by after walking around Hermann Park (which is what we did). There is a lot of options on the menu, but everything is expensive for the poor quality you receive (not saying it’s HORRIBLE quality, just that you can get much better for the same price all over town). It was 1pm when we came, so 4 hours of them being open, and they were out of pretty much all of their baked goods and refrigerated food.

I took off a star for atmosphere because there were a lot of loud kids running around and refusing to sit still (like there’s a park outside, just go there ??). I understand it’s next to the zoo, just wish there was an option nearby with less kids everywhere, or some way for this business to keep the kids distracted. Definitely felt like walking into a daycare, I can’t imagine the kind of headaches the workers get. Otherwise, it’s a cutely decorated shop.

07/01/2025, today They closed at 5:30 pm, when google says it closes at 6:00pm, it's very annoying that they have a food monopoly in Hermann park but it closes this early. Also, the A/C was very low, quite hot inside and there were people just chilling, without eating or ordering inside where tables are limited. Some tables were not clean. Kids chicken strips were $13.75, I better went to Chick-fil-a. Not returning here nor that they care.

I come to this cafe pretty often, and in 20 times I’ve been here, the açaí bowl was available only once. They run out by 11am. A huge request to the management: could you please stock more?

Cute air-conditioned restaurant at Hermann park but the price of their food NOT work it. I will pack a lunch next time to avoid paying $80 dollars for two peanut butter sandwiches an egg salad salad sandwich and a chicken sandwich.

The staff is what made this place a 5: even with a huge line forming, both barista and server took time and helped in choosing items for different dietary needs

The worst customer service, I wanted to but a salad and they didn’t have forks and the employee tell me to buy the salad and take it to my work place to eat it. If you don’t have something good to say just stay quiet.

Our experience was fine here. It’s a very convenient cafe in the middle of Hermann Park. Interior is beautifully decorated. The tables could been cleaner. Cashier and barista were friendly. My matcha strawberry chia pudding was fine. Could have been colder but they keep it in an open refrigerator shelf.

Definitely needs some direction and an identity. Can't decide if it is a coffee shop or diner.

Arrived an hour before closing, refused to make a drip coffee and kitchen was already closed despite a line and being busy.

Overpriced for what you get.

Dining outside on a spring day is quite pleasant. Inside is tiny with very limited seating, so a challenge in summer heat or 'winter'.

Good accessibility and friendly to my service dog.

I liked the place.

I think the prices are good.
The tables facing the lake are nice and the view is charming.
You can have a good time, either watching the ducks, squirrels and geese while eating or having a drink.

If you compare the prices with a fast food chain it is cheaper here or similar.

Dietary restrictions: It is for carnivores and vegetarians
