The food was delicious. We started with the yellowtail sashimi, which was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the presentation was great. My partner's miso-glazed black cod was also cooked to perfection with a savory-sweet glaze.

We dine often at Ginza. It’s a treat every time. It’s always fresh, friendly and delicious. we took 3 21 year old young men tonight and dish after dish, roll after roll and so on and there was not a morsel left. we love the food and the staff. easy, casual and yummy!
