Glazed the Doughnut Cafe

Overrated and overpriced! I received great customer service. The worker was very nice and professional. He seemed to be apart of the leadership as he was working on his laptop and assisting me. The menu screens were not working. The donuts were overly sweet and just okay. Just a glazed donut with toppings. Comparable to Voodoo donuts just on a smaller scale/size/taste. I paid for the customer service not the donuts

Wonderful place, excellent customer service. Our family loves their variety of donuts and will be back as many times as we can.We live an hour away, every time we come to Houston my 6 years old daughter reminds us to stop by!

Soooo yummy! 10/10 on the glazed chicken sandwich and the glazed ham, egg and cheese! Also they hand bread the chicken and it's just *chef's kiss*! Also the guys were so nice and they don't take long at all to make the sandwiches!

First time here but not the last. Very friendly staff and clean all around. Mouth watering donuts and great tasting black coffee which is my preferred type. Could not help myself and had to eat two donuts. Looking for a quiet place than I would suggest you try it. ☕️?

First time going, and was fantastic. The person working there was super friendly and helpful. They glaze/put on the toppings made to order, and it was delicious. Great service and great donuts- different donut experience.

The service was incredible! Super kind and at tentative staff. The donuts were subtly sweet which was very refreshing! They had the perfect amount of flavor! The donut chicken sandwich was fabulous. Will definitely come back when I visit Houston again!

The dirty zebra donut (vanilla icing + chocolate and caramel sauce) was really good. The donut itself tasted like a combination of dough and cake - pretty good! I appreciate that the donuts are made to order and you can order at a kiosk.

As a first time guest that came in the shop, very clean shop, friendly, professional staff. I was not disappointed in my sandwich at all. Enjoyed my latte but I wish they had other options for milk. (For the lactose intolerant community lol!) I can’t wait to come back and order the assorted donuts something tells me I won’t be disappointed!

Nice ambiance. Cheap and best price for coffee. Tasty food and welcoming & hospitable staff. Good place to hangout with friends and spending time. Quick go to place for grabbing coffee.

So the donuts are amazing love how you can self order very convenient. However I get it 3 due to the staff. The lady that called to let me know my order was ready was not friendly at all. It was my first time visiting and after she gave us our donuts I went to ask a question she walked off then she came back I just said thank you she responded with “Yeah”. So yeah great donuts but need better service.

First, let me say I’m generally not that much into donuts, but every once in awhile I’ll be in the mood for one.This was my first ever time going here, although I have passed by dozens of times because it’s in my neighborhood.I got the Macon donut, which is the maple bacon donut. I waited until I got in my car until I took a bite.I was not prepared for how good it was!!! Possibly the best donut I have EVER eaten. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory and the donut is soft and fluffy.I’m mad I only ordered one donut but I admit I was skeptical so I didn’t want to go overboard.The customer service was awesome (I forgot to ask the young lady that helped me what her name was) and I will definitely be visiting again soon!

We ordered Glazed coffee and latte. We were very excited about the coffee but they just gave me regular black coffee and said it’s just a fancy name and it’s nothing different. We also ordered donuts, good taste but not worth of a money. This will be a good coffee shop if they just improve the quality of food. Service is good though.

I was reading that Glazed was inspired by Voodoo Donuts, but coming from a city where Voodoo was popular, I honestly feel like Glazed can give Voodoo a run for their money. The donuts here are perfectly delicious, and they have all kinds of specialty flavors to try. The staff has been extremely sweet for all of my visits thus far. I'm really glad I live close to here, and look forward to every visit.

I'm waiting for the day that Glazed Doughnut cafe reopens. It is the best doughnut shop inside the 610 loop and their staff always makes everything fresh. The hot chocolate/coffee here was always very good which is a reason why my company wanted to add this establishment to one of our Houston city tours. However, the last time I was in the area, this location was closed.
