The bakery was kind enough to sell me a loaf of gluten-free pumpkin bread and lemon pound cake. The pumpkin bread was a specially moist and fabulous.

English muffins are excellent. Light and tasty.
Great and local, dedicated gluten free. Usually buy from grocery store instead of online.
Their Vanilla Cupcakes are more like frosted stale biscuits. My wife has celiac disease and we give every gf product a chance. These were at best a let down and to top of the frosting, 4 cupcakes were $14.
Their frozen pie crusts are the only ones I'll buy!
Today I bought their carrot cake cupcakes at HEB. They are in the gluten free frozen section. Moist and delicious!Made with quality ingredients.
I thought "how could you go wrong with carrot cake"? !!! But this was the worst gluten free product Ive ever eaten. So dont waste your time or money !!! Couldnt even choke down one and ended up throwing them to the birds.

Store seems to be closed. Sign on the door says this is no longer a retail location. Sign stated their products are available at H-E-B.
Grab your GF communion\Eucharist bread here. Order ahead and they won't slice it.

Great options fir people following a gluten free diet
While it is disappointing that the retail storefront is closed, their products are still available online from their website and at tons of grocery stores in the area. They also still make custom cakes for pick up from the back side of the building. Love gluten free nation!

Simply amazing, we did a wedding cake. It was beautiful and incredible. I am not intolerant to gluten. The bride was my daughter in law. It was so terrifying trying to find a great bakery that was not only gluten free but designer. It was a wedding cake. Gluten free nation nailed it. It was beautiful. The problem is the bride eat the left over cake herself . Mind you she weighs maybe 100lbs. It was a hit. Thank you GFN
Have done items, including locally baked gluten free cakes, you won't find elsewhere. Small store, but covers all the cravings.
