I was attended by someone last name Guzman the women did not know how to speak proper English and was very rude she said 40.02 then comes and yells it 40.04 i said ma’am you said 2 but ok she got mad I told her how to say 4 she was very rude through my food at me

The food was pretty good but the service is horrible. I was attended by a cashier by the last name Guzman. The name is on the receipt, so I think her last name was Guzman. She is a short Hispanic woman. Apparently she is unable to communicate in the English language properly and after I tried speaking Spanish to her, she continue to speak to me in English. I understand her effort, but the thing is then when she said the wrong communication and I corrected her she got mad and shoved my food out the window. I saw her how she slammed the napkins into the bag and then just tossed the food to me making me a ugly face. It’s not my fault you’re unable to communicate in the English language or if you have a language barrier. very poor service I will honestly consider if I will be returning to that location since this is the second time it happens.

Everything as advertised on TV commercials, I’ve been to a golden chick in Beeville, Texas, and it was good but this one here was great. The staff was friendly and cordial. I did not know they give away free ice cream cones. Now I will try other Chick-fil-A closer to where I live when one opens up on wayside and 45. Great place I loved it.
