How are you going to forget to give me my jalapeño poppers and then charge me for a cup of water when I have to come back and wait on you to make them that’s not good customer service. Charging paying customers for water is crazy on top of that the food wasn’t fresh like I was told and you for got a item!!! This happen today at 9:10

Golden Chick at Spears Road is our all time favorite place for fast food. They serve fried chicken and grilled chicken as well. The meat quality is way better than the other competitors offer. Side items are amazing. Friendly staff and excellent service. Will definitely keep going there to enjoy yummy food. Highly recommend this restaurant to the friends and family.

Me and my family lunch experience was excellent—very welcoming, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our food was served hot and fresh—the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sides were delicious and the sauce was my favorite . The atmosphere was friendly, making it a great spot for both quick meals and casual get-togethers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!

Retracted my previous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ l waited 30+ minutes inside for 6 chicken strips and fries and one of them was micro 🤦🏽♀️
Edit to add: I visited again May 2025. The chicken tenders were so old that they hurt to chew. Will ABSOLUTELY NOT BE RETURNING. They’ve definitely gone downhill! 👎🏽👎🏽

The chicken was very foul smelling and the taste was beyond vomit 🤢. Then I had to wait in a long line to return it. . I am going to make myself vomit to get it out of my system. Would not feed it to my children, scared they would get sick. I would not be back. 4.29.2025
