Omg, I just came home hungry, expecting to bite into my baked fall off the bone Golden Chick 🐥 🍗 🍗 chicken. Man, was I ever disappointed! This is the first time I've ever been served medium well done chicken. I had to back off my meal in order to put my chicken in the oven to bake thoroughly. Smh Now with that being said, here's some encouragement. The next time you visit Golden Chick if you are in the lobby, take some time to look up. They have one of the most beautiful ceilings that one could ever hope to see in a fast food restaurant! See photo/video

Under new ownership so figured I would try again. Worst than the past owner. A complete rip off. There was no fish in my catfish dinner. I was already home. Drove all the way back. They made me another meal and same thing. And my wife's chicken stripes were soggy and under cooked. We are done with Golden chick and reporting them to corporate. You should be ashamed of yourself ripping people off.

When I go into 13600 S. Post Oak location the food is always fresh and the Customer Service is great. Latoya people skills are outstanding. She makes sure that I have everything I need such as condiments so I can enjoy my meal and she does this with a smile on her face everytime. Thank you Latoya and staff for making my experience a great one when I visit yall location.

Enjoyed 😉 everything was good. The restroom was clean. I went in to were lobby was clean. The inside of the restaurant was clean and fresh. Each table clean I was greeted and my order was taken by a young man named WILL. And he made. Sure that everything was Correct He repeated my order and made sure that and I just wanted The company to know that WILL made an AMAZING different in the Experience . Customer service is always KEY.

So much for ordering ahead. Placed my order at 8:09pm to be ready by 8:25pm. I arrived at the restaurant at the pick up time and was greeted by a manager I think because no one had any name tags on. However the young lady was wearing a blue collar shirt different from the other members. She let me know it would be a few more minutes. I said thank you and ok. I didn't get my 2 piece meal until 8:50pm. The food was ok after waiting for almost an hour for 2 pieces of chicken on my first visit to this store.

The worst chicken I ever had. How you a chicken place and don't season your meat. Horrible, disgusting 🤢🤢🤢. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wish I get my money back. I think they should definitely close the place 😔.
