I will never eat at the 13600 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77045 location again. Today I went during my lunch period (11:04ish) and ordered a large salad, 2 rolls, and a large diet Dr. Peper. When I took my first few bits of the salad something felt off. The salad felt gritty at times. I had no time to return because I'm a teacher and my students were about to come to class. I figured it was just my imagination. When I finally had the chance to get back to my salad every other bite was gritty like something was in it. I stopped eating it and began to inspect it. I found dirt like you would find on the floor of their kitchen or parking lot in the salad. As I looked for the receipt I realized that I wasn't given one. I am both upset and horrified at the thought that this salad was dropped on the floor and yet somehow still served to me. I will be calling corporate immediately and I advise all to seriously stay away from this location.

Overpriced, a family meal is about $50 but they can't seem to break a $100 bill. Always an hour wait for just 12 PCs of chicken, and the service is clearly just people trying to get a check. If you don't want to be there, just leave, I'm paying for service!

Don't hand me all of my food and then tell me it's going to be a 4 minute wait for a roll missing out of one of my meals. And then when I say I don't want to wait and ask for something to substitute the roll the cashier and the manager give me the run around and brush it off to where I didn't have a choice but to wait! Because I paid for the roll! Next time don't fix the food and hand it out until all food items are done and ready to go. Unprofessional and unhuman employee and manager. You had the right one today. Do better.

The food has gone down majorly. I had a review that had 3 stars because the legs and thighs had flavor but the wings were horrible. But I went tonight and got the legs and thighs and they tasted like fried flour. Save your money and go somewhere else. I tried both sides of the leg and thought it was just that one. But I took one bite of the thigh and knew it was no longer my go to chicken spot.
