This has to be one of the better Golden Corral's I have visited.

Cook does not know the difference between medium and well done. No matter what was requested, all steaks were well done. Variety of food is great though

Armando is the greatest manager you have in Golden Corral hands down. He was so thoughtful and catered to our every need. Made sure everything was fresh and even when I seen a line in the steaks he went back there and put an apron and got to work.

Armando the manager went above and beyond. My daughter wanted a burger but they weren’t doing that day. Guess what Armando said don’t worry we will make it for her. The food was fresh and great customer service.

Armondo the manager was amazing. He goes “the mile” to accommodate the customers. He responded to my request immediately. The location is clean and the service is great!

Went to Golden corral the day after Thanksgiving and was surprised that the amount of food that they didn't have no turkey no dressing that wasn't runny and just a horrible experience probably won't go back again I'm also going to add some pictures of the line the servers were okay but like I said the amount of food that they should have put out for the day after Thanksgiving wasn't there

The food was hot and ready when they first opened i only waited a short while and considering that it was thanksgiving day i still managed to avoid a lond wait the staff was on point with the service and the restroom was clean... I enjoyed my thanksgiving here!! Thank you kindly...

Well I tell you guys what! So like, 10 minutes Ardmore after we arrived and got our food, our waitress still hadn't made it to our table! We sat down with no silverware, no water nor our drinks being delivered to the table. Actually we had to get up and go talk to the lady at the register to get plastic work so we can eat. We also had to find a waitress to let them know that we had no water or our drinks weren't on the table. Then the waitress got mad at us for asking her to do these things that are normally done and she gave us some really ugly looks that why are you bothering me? The service was horrible! Absolutely horrible. Then after we finished our first plate, the waitress still didn't come to our table to remove our old plates so we could put our new plates there. However we did talk to the manager and he gave us his dearest apologies and said he will look into the matter and it won't happen again. Speaking of something won't happen again, we're probably not going to be in Houston for another year again or so? We were there for the day after Thanksgiving to get something to eat, and the service was absolutely horrible!

This is the worst I’ve ever have in this restaurant the cook was rude and racist I had gone up and I asked for a well done stake I was waiting for it and then some white people came and he gave them the stake and the cook told me to go sit down and wait 20 more minutes I complained to the manager Christian and he was no help saying that the other people were here more time than I have even tho I was in line first and waiting

The Store Manager, Armando, resolved an issue with a Thanksgiving order. He made things right with promptness and most of all EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. I also saw him interacting with other customers and again, EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. You cannot find many Store Managers in Restaurants nowadays who take care of customers as he did. Thank you, Armando!
