I went to this place a few times. The drinks are good. I moved from cali to here. However the service everytime needs work. With so much competition I guess they don’t care

Ordered strawberry matcha with oat milk. Unfortunate that sugar level cannot be adjusted on this drink. Drank half and had terrible stomach pain the entire day. Wont be going back

Amazing place and service! I went during the morning so there was little to no wait time.
Stopping by Gong Cha for a cold drink in a hot summer day is very refreshing. The barista was very patience with me while I read through their menu. They have so many varieties of teas and drinks on the menu. The tea they use is fresh, mix with citrus adds another layer of vibrant flavor. If you don't want tea, you can just order fruit drinks. Free wifi, there was a couple of 10-11 people having a meeting/discussion, so it is nice place to hangout.

This is a very careless shop, but the attitude of the service staff is very good. Why is the name tropical fruit green tea but the only options are black tea and oolong tea? I randomly chose an oolong tea. It's amazing. It feels like fighting in my mouth. What the hell? You can drink it to lose weight, and you will be much better when you spit out.
