Very clean and good service. The Brown sugar one was good but the Crème Brûlée was over the top. They have a huge selection, but I am not sure that I will try something else because this was soooo good.

Family go to. I always grab the Qq passion fruit tea and wife grabs the matcha latte. We go to most locations. This one has a odd odor though but drinks taste fine.

I love stopping by this location for this sparkling lychee drink with star jelly 1/2 sweet & extra ice. It's so refreshing! The sitting area is very spacious and the staff are always friendly. They usually give mobile coupons and $5 off for your birthday!

The freshly made boba were so warm and soft, and made the contrast with the cold milk tea sooo delicious!!! Loved it!!

This place seems to be always crowded when I come, usually at nights on weekends. It's located in the Dun Huang Plaza near Shabu.Expect a long line and it can be difficult finding seats. It gets pretty loud with the music popping and groups of people sitting everywhere.I usually get the matcha red bean drink. It was listed as their top drink. It was pretty good. Their drink size is decent, a little pricey for boba compared to other places in town. They have a lot of employees working so it didn't take that long for the drinks to come out. They also have cards and games you can use to kill time.

After a horrible lunch at R house. it was very nice to hang out and have a drink at Gong Cha. Delicious! My boy loves the caramel chocolate slush with pearls. Place is clean and friendly staffs.

The tapioca has been very bad lately. I’ve been here multiple times this month and the tapioca is always so soft and mushy, like it’s overcooked or something. It doesn’t matter if it’s day time or night time it’s still not good. The winter melon milk tea is very good tho.

Wow! Amazing Boba. We got the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea (50% sugar) with Boba. It was so good. It was the best Boba drink I have ever had.

Every time I walk into this location it just has the worst smell. I don’t know if it is situated next to a sewer line or something, but ? the staff is really friendly, and the drinks are pretty consistent, but it smells so bad that I’ll never sit in there to study or talk honestly.

I am a person who loves drinking milk tea at gongcha, but the attitude has never satisfied me. When there is a problem of order confusion between staff and customers, it is very difficult for an apology from their team.Going back to the GongCha is impossible for me, my

I tried their earl grey milk tea 2 times this week. I love their earl grey milk tea with 3Js, but today it is watery and doesn’t have any early tea flavor. The pearl was too soft last time. However my kids like their slush alot.

The Sparkling Lychee with Mango Popping Pearls was phenomenal. As the biggest fan of anything lychee and a lover of bubbly drinks, this drink was made for me. Definitely a sweet drink and almost like a soda. Hands down the best drink ever! Gong Cha was popping at night, and there's definitely something for everyone on the menu.

My first time visiting Chinatown, there are so many boba shops there, I tried in both Austin and Houston, and I saw a huge selection on their menu, a great spot for boba in Houston. The staff was really helpful. We went late at night and there was a long queue, but it moved quickly.
