Gong cha Jersey Village

This place was nice. The staff was helpful since it was our first time here and recommended the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I loved it! I did try the original waffle and liked it. I will say I love the atmosphere where you can take photos with a cutout and green grass background. I couldn’t help myself lol I will say I love the cart of games to play while you wait is fun. However Boba Bonzana didn’t have instructions and even the online videos weren’t helpful :(. Other than that it was fun.

Super clean place with awesome drinks!

I can’t say enough good things about this location! I want to give a special shoutout to whoever was working the counter tonight. I accidentally spilt my drink as soon as I grabbed it and they were super kind about the mess. Really wonderful customer service and was super quick with making a replacement after my mistake. Thank you to the Gong Cha team in JV for being quick, kind, and as sweet as a Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk Tea :) 10/10 experience everytime I’m there!

1) Their credit card machine is not 100% functional. Tap to pay is awkward, and I had to try it 4 times to get it to work.

2) I was the only customer ordering anything in the store. No line, no rush. They still got my order wrong, and didn't realize I was standing at the counter until I called for them.

3.) Contrary to other pictures, they no longer serve any food here.

4.) The drink is fine. $7.31 for a coffee with boba.

loved this place. got the taro milk slushy and the flavor was great, but the tapioca tasted a bit funny to me. the waffle was delicious though

Out of all the gong cha locations there are, this one is most definitely my favorite! There is this one employee named Ceci who always treats me with respect and makes the experience so much better!

Every time I go to gong cha I always feel welcome the staff is always greeting you with a smile and the place has a clean environment, today I was helped out by Ceci who was amazing at her job she went over the drinks with me and was very kind to take my order.

I loved the food and the boba. Plus, Dayna who served me was super sweet and really nice.☺️

I went yesterday to try milk tea for the first time and Dayna gave amazing service and helped picking out my drink. It came out amazing thanks to her ! I look forward to coming back again. Thanks Dayna !
