I’ve tried to give them some grace because their shawarma was exceptional but they always have a ridiculously long wait time for their food. I ordered my food at 4:27 pm and it wasn’t ready until 4:58 pm.

The suya I got for $20 came in a really small plate. Jollof Rice I got was $10 didn’t even look like rice or smell like jollof. Looked really unappealing. I tried to ask for my refund but they didn’t want to refund me. Suya was mid, wasn’t fresh. I have had better. Tasted like something I could make at home. The worker said on their menu it listed 10oz but who in the world is supposed to know how 10oz looks like. I went to go check there is no place on there that specifies it’s 10oz. I tried to be respectful and polite. They just played in my face. Terrible and expensive for no reason.

If I can give zero stars I would. We ordered from DoorDash and Dasha has been waiting for 40 minutes and mind you we had ordered an hour before our dasher got there. I don’t know if the food is good I can’t give any review on that, but I will say that they’re very unprofessional because I kept calling them to see what the timeframe was and nobody picked up. You guys need to change and do better. It’s not fair to people who order and it’s not fair to a dasher who could have done other things instead of waiting up to an hour. It’s not fair. And just very unprofessional

I love this place down! 😋 Everything I order from here is always on point! They have decent prices and combos. My only recommendation, is to always keep fresh shawarma wraps and make sure you press it on the grill after wrapping EVERY TIME. I once received it like that and wasn’t satisfied but decided to give it another try and it was perfect. 👌

Our group ordered from here and overall, it was a 8/10. The uber eats was fast, the Jollof rice was good old party Jollof. Their shawarma game is top-notch,very tasty too!, maybe a bit light on the meat. It was the suya that didn’t taste right, had a sour taste that threw it off completely. I would definitely order the shawarma again.

I’ve ordered from Good Chops three times before without any issues. However, today I waited 35 minutes past the expected completion time with no apology. I really wish they had an option to cancel an order after such an extended delay.

I ordered at 11am right when they opened because I knew that since it is Easter Sunday that they would be busy. I ordered at 11am through uber eats and my food is getting here at 1:30pm!? More than 2 hours for just 2 sharwama?! Are you kidding me?!
Edit: so when I got my order, one of my items was missing and when I called the store to ask them about it, the guy i spoke to started telling me that instead of just calling them I went online to write a review and made it seem like I didn't get the item because of the review. So watch out everyone, if you write a review they don't like then they would've give you your food. Good business practice 👌

Update: My order got here at 1:31pm and the food is well packaged 0 Spring rolls: 3/10 Puff puff :9/10 Chicken leg : meh idk how i feel I will not order here again but was good to try :(
