Brenda Madison will waste your time. Sit on the phone with you. Doesn't appear to know anything. Says she'll call you back, doesn't. Leaves you high and dry with emails. So, this apartment complex is off the possibility list. Do BETTER!
Upset because my friend and I want to move here but they don't have any model units to even view what the inside looks like. The agent told me to go view the pictures online. How can you sell someone an apt but you don't even have a model. That is like buying a car but there aren't any on the lot and you can only view the brochure. We were never asked for our phone number to call us when a unit is available.
Gate never works
Quiet, clean, friendly residents and staff.
Prices are too high for wages offered to the blue collar population in the Houston area. Not sure how people can afford the place when jobs near the apt offer employees only $11-15 per hour. You would have to work 70-90 hours per week to pay rent and bills by yourself. Even a 1 bedroom (approx $1300mo) would require two blue collar income to cover area cost of living.
You wouldn't have much time for self, leisure, sleep, savings, car, school, etc. I understand why people are miserable. Don't understand how anyone could live here without financial help or a second job. Smh...what a shame.
How can you afford to live life; don't even think of being able to take care of a child and a pet...you know, normal things that people want to have modest lives. I can't understand how employers come up with these low wages to even closely compare with the cost of living...my goodness...seems like the 'haves' don't care for the 'have nots,' and wonder why turnover is high and shrinkage matches it.
Do not live here if you want any semblance of peace and quiet. This apartment complex has some of the most obnoxious people I ever dealt with living here. Currently listening to people having a party of the other side of the complex that is so loud I can hear their music and them singing over it. It has been going for 3 hrs and it's almost 9pm on a Sunday. This is only one of numerous noise issues living here is ridiculous.
I don't recommend it, the apartments always smell like marijuana, the children don't respect them, they scratch the cars, they get into the cars, they scratched my car, they stuck chewing gum on it, they set off the emergency alarms, there are thefts in the cars, the gate never works, the office never answers the phone, the pool was never opened in the summer it was closed, the
Loud music, neighbors wash their cars with water, there is always garbage and they change managers every 2 months
I just want to leave a review for the maintenance. Dustin came into my house today and took care of everything. He was here for less than an hour and fix all three of my issues. He's super sweet, very friendly, and very efficient. Thank you Dustin for your hard work
If you like high water and sewage bills following a report of a water leak on the property, this is the place for you! And they will ignore your complaints too. $90 for one person in a one bathroom apartment is an outrage.

These are the worse apartments on Hollister! I have been here for almost 2 months and refused to move anything in the apartment due to the horrible roach infestation. The apartment wasn’t clean properly and the apartment staff beside the young lady that helped assist with my move in are so unprofessional and are never in the office. The apartment I Live in is not the apartment I applied for but based of the reviews I see the person living above me is having the same issue and she just moved in. They hound you about rent but yet and still have yet to complete half of the maintenance request sent. The weather is changing and my air ducts are still blocked in the master bedroom and the living room and there is no air flow at all on this side of the apartment which poses a safety issue for me and my grandchildren and my neighbors when the heat eventually gets turned on. I literally sweat every night due to this issue and I have all hardwood floors. I think it’s safe to say whoever the investors who own the property have no clue that Ashley and yaitza are rude and unwelcoming. My daughter handles my bills for me and they have rejected the rent and keep cutting off the electronic portal for payment. As a truck driver that’s a big inconvenience to have to send someone to pay rent in person in 2024. It’s not fair to pay rent on a place you’re supposed to call home when you don’t feel safe or clean no matter how much cleaning you do. They withhold corporate’s information to keep you from reporting but if I have to be locked in a lease then I’m going to report this to the news because times are entirely to hard and expensive to be dealing with this nonsense. Then to be paying fees for services we don’t get like pest control. The theft rate is ridiculous here and the fact we have no security or cameras on property makes this place even more unsafe, especially with the gates being broken all the time. The town hall meeting that was had fell on deaf ears because the people living here longer than me never feel heard. My daughter was visiting and working and the apartments started having rolling power with no warning for 3 days. Then when trying to go to the office to speak to someone there is always a OUT OF OFFICE sign on the door. You call the office no answer. Go to the office no staff. This ties into you wanting money orders for rent but no drop box or a person to give them to during business hours. This property won’t last to much longer with the problems they are having and I refuse to continue to pay rent somewhere that is roach infested and poorly maintained. And to the Owner responding to the reviews. It will be a cold day in H€!! before I sit with your property manager or office staff again about these issues when it’s the entire property complaining.
I don’t know where to start. I ignored all the red flags about this place from poor customer service, lack of communication, and poor move in cleaning. 1) When I applied for a three bedroom apartment I never received a call or an email stating I was approved and what the next steps were for my move in. Instead I received a call stating I was suppose to move in the day prior and if I was still interested on the unit. Totally unaware that I was approved to begin with. 2) I would constantly have to send reminders or follow ups to emails regarding touring or questions about the unit. The office ladies HAVE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ATTITUDES! 3) They gave me 3 different days to finally tour the unit. After pushing it further back. So finally they take me to the unit that would be done Sept 27th. I could barely walk inside the apartment and it was FILTHY! Terribly old stained carpet, foul stench and I didn’t even know what all the apartment came with until 1 week before move in. 4) The theft in these apartments are terrible so I asked if I could add a garage to my unit in which they said they were able to! They just didn’t know which one at the moment which is fine as long as I get to have my car secured at night. The same day that I go to “walk my filthy unit” Bria and Yaitza told me that there were no garages available 1 WEEK BEFORE MOVE IN! How unprofessional! 5) So day of move in arrives and I go pick up my keys to finally walk my unit since it was cleaned and new carpet was installed. I go to unlock the door and none of the keys worked. Yaitza asked maintenance to come open the door since they gave me the wrong keys. Right away I noticed a foul stench of urine coming from the patio (look at attached photos). All the blinds are yellow from prior smoking in the unit and NOW I HAVE ROACHES IN MY FURNITURE AND ALL OVER THE KITCHEN. I went back to the office to explain why was my “cleaned” apartment having 10 roaches in my sink. So they sent maintenance AGAIN and the solution to the roaches was store bought raid. I’ve killed at least 40 roaches in 48 hours. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I recently visited these apartments and they really seemed beautiful to me. Both the manager (Ashley) and the assistant (Yaitza) were very friendly and very professional on the tour.
I would like to move there but unfortunately the company where I work will transfer me to another state.
The service and everything was very nice, but it's a shame that the pool was not available all year round. It's a shame.
BEWARE: OFFICE IS ASKING PEOPLE TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER!!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES!!!!!!!
DO MOT MOVE HERE! NOT WORTH IT AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDES IN THE OFFICE!!! I enjoyed my time here for 3+ years but the property and management has gone downhill. The gates are constantly broken and I have seen several cars broken into since I lived here!! no safety in the complex. There are so many roaches at night I couldnt even have guests over do to how many roaches ran everywhere! The prices are high for no reason!! Maintenance never comes on time and it always smells like weed! The pool is never open and in FACT NEVER OPENED this summer! Spend your money elsewhere and rent somewhere where they APPRECIATE TENANTS!
By far the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced with a leasing office. Ashely was amazing & vey helpful! She went above and beyond. Yaitza was very attentive and helpful as well. The apartment we saw was better than what we could have hoped for. Both ladies sold us on living there and we hope to be able to have the opportunity to call the Beckley our home!
Beckly, I shared photos because I have been in this apartment complex for several weeks and I see a quiet, clean and very orderly place. Thank you to the work team and Miss Yaitza for her good treatment and dedication to her work. I bless you more and I greet you.
