I just moved here in February and when I tell you the staff is awesome and I love my unit it’s very quiet and comfy here I’ve had no issues and the maintenance staff is always expedient and friendly I feel safe here with my lil family

Prices are too high for wages offered to the blue collar population in the Houston area. Not sure how people can afford the place when jobs near the apt offer employees only $11-15 per hour. You would have to work 70-90 hours per week to pay rent and bills by yourself. Even a 1 bedroom (approx $1300mo) would require two blue collar income to cover area cost of living.

I just want to leave a review for the maintenance. Dustin came into my house today and took care of everything. He was here for less than an hour and fix all three of my issues. He's super sweet, very friendly, and very efficient. Thank you Dustin for your hard work
