I was in H town in the medical area and was hungry. I looked across the street and saw this restaurant. Pictures looked good so read reviews, there’s an equal amount of pros and cons. The service was pretty quick, atmosphere boring, then again it was Friday10, 2025 at about 2pm. Food was decent and plenty of it. Asked for 1 Gordita of nopales, which wasn’t very flavorful, and 2 tacos Al pastor, delicious. Each was served with plenty of its main course. Salsas good, but red one is fire, super hot and spicy.
The place is a little costly and personally, not somewhere I’d go back to. It’s missing something.

Good food
The street tacos were awesome, on my last one . The rice had great flavor . The beans were a disappointment as they had not flavor and were soupy . The Cameron caldo was good as well . Tortillas were a bit tasting like dough . The price for everything was a bit steep. But overall I’d recommend it !

Food is great love the homemade corn/maza tortillas. It’s hard to find a place with great tacos and great salsa all in one.
My only complaint is the smell, you walk in there and the smell of smoke from an after hours bar hits you. Not sure if it’s from them or maybe one next door. But definitely needs to be made aware.
