Before Harvey this place used to be great, I would argue it was best Colombian restaurant in the city. Now, it’s a shell of its former self. To start off, the service itself is terrible. The servers will just stand around while people wait 10-15 minutes to get menus. When the food does come, the severs disappear don’t come back until they give you the bill. The quality of the food has gone down but the prices have gone up a lot. Being Colombian myself some of these dishes do not taste authentic at all. However, they give really large generous portions which I will give them credit for. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to people, for the price that they charge you would expect better service and better quality food but unfortunately that is lacking here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My family used to love it, but one day we ordered 3 Pan Hawaianos and noticed a weird taste. When we cut them open, there were worms inside. The staff quickly took the plates and denied it, but still charged us for our drinks. I’m reading reviews mentioning the empanadas having a strange taste too. Be sure to check your food before eating. Haven’t been back in 2 years.

Today they have an event from 9pm on, however, the music during the practice about 3-1/2 hours before the event was extremely LOUD not allowing you to enjoy your meal.

If I could put ZERO stars for my service today I would. My husband and I attempted 4x to place an order and because we speak English we get hung up on. Why do you have someone taking orders who don’t speak basic English. Plus she doesn’t know what’s on the menu. I called twice and after saying “I want to place an order” I was hung up on so my husband called. He tried placing an order for the most BASIC meal on the menu - rice with chicken and shrimp, my husband even said it Spanish however the person hung up on him as well. My husbanded attempted one more time and ask to speak with a manager. He was told there is no manager. We have been long time customers since 2011. Now we have decided to go to the Colombian restaurant across the street. No longer spending my money here where the employees do not try and help serve you if you speak English.

Worst experience ever we usually go there and the food is amazing but today it was horrible it was cold and they didn’t even come and check up on us we waiting for the server and she never came I order some deditos de queso and they where horrible one of the server said it’s cause they change the recipe and we order a super bandeja and all the meats where cold we paid over $72 of food and we didn’t enjoy I wanted to ask for the manager but the sever was already with a bad attitude we paid and walk out

Unfortunately the restaurant has changed alot in terms of quality of food. The times i have come here the food has been excellent. Today I decided to have breakfast. The chorizo sausage and corn was not fresh, they were reheated. Plantain very dry and tasteless. Nothing was fresh on the plate except the eggs. Truly disappointed 😞.
Their food used to be good. We will not be coming back since they changed owners the food is not great anymore

the service the waitress gave me and my family was beyond RUDE! A nasty ass attitude these women have !!! when i received my receipt the waitress over charged me and oh my gosh, this was beyond horrible.
Coming here is like throwing money away, very poorly prepared food, they serve it cold, a sky-high price, it's better to eat at home, freshly cooked food to your taste, plus the music is very loud, you can't be there relaxed, I'll never come back here.

I don't know if change owners and or of cooks but food quality went down. This us to be my to go place but not anymore went yesterday with in-law that came out town country and it was disappointment. The food portion are smaller and flavor not there anymore.
