Every year, our executive team dresses up as holiday characters (elves, Santa, Rudolph, etc.) and we drive to all 20 of our locations in one day to deliver treats to the teams. This year we chose cookie cakes. I ordered 24 cookie cakes from this location. I asked they be decorated exactly as shown on the website and chose a pickup time and date. On the day of pickup, 12/16/2024, I called the shop and asked if they would be ready sooner as I now had an afternoon commitment on...

I stopped by here 6/13/24 after work with my son. We were greeted by a very friendly young man. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. It’s so hard to go to an establishment now and days and receive genuine good service. Tried to leave him a tip on my card but it didn’t allow. Shout out t you. Keep up the great work!

The prices are absolutely insane. I love their cookie cakes and M&M cookies, but I couldn't justify paying almost $50 for a birthday cookie cake. It's a shame because the food is still decent quality, but the slow service and the high prices are probably going to keep me from visiting again.
