If I could leave zero stars I would how embarrassing is it to have to show up with a cake like this because there’s no way to get a new one in time for a dinner never going back

Walked into Almeda Mall two weekends in a row to buy Domino cookies and this is what I saw. The picture in front of the different trays show what they are supposed to look like and I guess the baker wasn't on top of their craft that morning or under the age of 5 years old. I even included a picture of domino cookies from another location just to show how they are supposed to look....just like the picture. Three people behind the counter but only one is taking orders and ringing people up at a time. Presentation and service means a lot but when your cookies look like this, I'm not wasting my hard earned money. Compared to other locations, it looks like not enough dough was used to make the cookies because they are smaller and thinner...like they are trying to get more cookies out of the mix than suggested (cutting corners to make more money with less dough).

What happened to this location? The cookies look like they are designed by a toddler. The staff doesn’t speak English. They asked a girl who was sitting at a table to translate. While I was there waiting, that happened several times. Why isn’t there someone who knows how to decorate? For almost $40 for a cookie cake, I expected better than frosting all over the place. Now I have to drive to Webster for better service.

I went to order 3 cookie cakes and spent a little over $125 for them and even got a snickerdoodle for my son. I asked the lady working if she could put a small amount of white icing on the small snickerdoodle. She she she didn’t know so she asked the “new manager” and he told her no. Said it was against their policy. I said I’m paying for the cookie and willing to pay for the icing and they still told me no. I asked one more time and said he my son has texture issues and is a picky eater and he wants to try before we put it on a big cookie cake. Still they answer was no. So a willing paying customer was told no when asked for a certain thing. To me not away to do business. My son has a small touch of autism and I can’t understand why when I said he has texture issues they weren’t ready to help a willing paying customer. Please do better new management at the foothills mall Maryville, TN location.

GREENBRIAR MALL — GA Completely rude staff!! I did a door dash order for myself and some coworkers on Monday 2/21 and when my order arrived I was missing one of the double doozies we ordered. My container was still sealed so I don’t believe my door dash driver got into them. I called the cookie place to simply advise them one was left out and to see if they could just credit me for one cookie. The lady laughed at me, laid the phone down and was making fun of me with the girl in the background. Then she hung up on me. I called back and politely asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. I said ok well who is in charge. They said no one. And hung up on me again. I was unable to reach corporate either to file a formal complaint against how unprofessional the staff was.
The cookies are fine. The service stinks! Ordered 4 cookies. I asked for a “larger bag”, since they were to eat later. He handed me a bag. He barely spoke and didn’t put our cookies in the bag. Kind of like “here are your cookies and here’s a bag for them”. Ridiculous!

I had nowhere to make my daughter a birthday cake last minute. They customized it and made it in ten solid minutes! The cakes are always so good. I've always loved these for my own birthday. If you want good service that is great quality and fast, go here.
