Went to pick up on online order at this location and realized once I got there I had messed up the order. Jo and the staff there took great care of me and helped me out of the jam I got myself into. This above and beyond service is very much appreciated and I would highly recommend this location!

Cookies are super inconsistent every time, and super expensive as well. I’m buying my cookies from HEB now… 20 cookies for $4.9913 Cookies in Great American Cookies cost $22 and they overcook the cookies or they taste stale.

I tried the cookies at this location and found them to be well prepared and the customer service was great. The location is small but has indoor seating. The location also has ice cream selections that are flavorful and serves as a nice addition to the fresh baked cookies. My friend loves cookies and he loved coming here. The employees working here are polite and delightful. Very quick service with a smile. I also got some ice cream which was perfect. I would recommend this location for them both.

Ordered cake 3 days in advance. Asked for the biggest rectangle cake they had bc I order it Atleast 5-6 times a year. Came in he gave me a small square cake then tried to argue with me about it. Thank god I had come in early bc I wasn’t supposed to pick it up till we were on our way to dinner. Then I pick up the second cake…he had spelled my daughters name wrong barleigh instead of charleigh. He didn’t check the name on the phone with me or double check the size so I’m really not surprised. Didn’t need a discount but a sorry would have been nice. I’ll go to nestle from now on I guess.

I love great American cookie but I got a the little red velvet cake along with the fudge and they were disgusting. The fudge was hard and old, the red velvet didn’t even taste red velvet. Super disappointed with the little cakes. The employees were very nice though and took great care of me.

1st time ordering a cookie cake and service was fast, cookie cake was delicious. I ordered online, literally walked right in, and walked out, thats how fast it was. Would definitely use this location again.

This GAC location is a poor choice for cookie variety. They're open until 10pm. However, I was told they stop baking cookies around 5pm. What??? They're ALWAYS out of the cookies I want. I mostly have time in the evenings to stop by. Not once have they had the varieties I want. For a cookie place, they don't measure up to other locations. They won't even accept the GAC app for purchase points. They only do Marble Slab since it's a combo cookie/ice cream location. If you want actual variety, the locations in Willowbrook Mall down the highway are where you have to go. This location is more convenient to get to, but it's a complete waste of my time to stop here. They're 0 for 5 stops now. I won't be back.

2 kinds of desert that i actually like, vanilla ice cream and cookies.. here i got 1/2 of my fix. Cookies here are varietal and extensive. I believe for every 5 you buy it’s one free so we bought 10 trying all the different kinds that they had. Can go wrong with great American cookies!
